Task progression stuck

I have completed all POI tasks, only seeing repeating tasks for all of the zones. I have not yet received Terminal Initiative, or hazardous treasures etc. Is there something else I should do to bring these tasks? I always had an issue with tasks progression since 0.4 came out with the new tasks system. Recently some tasks I completed disappeared from the completed tasks list. I don't know what is wrong with my progress. Anybody able to help?

ps. adding a list of tasks from tac map website that I haven't received at all (some are hidden tasks I know)

I have given up on the encrypted hdd

This task is impossible. I have spent countless hours looting T3 safes, TB mall is most of the time already looted. I have a few hours to play after work and I am really exhausted trying to look for this dumb thing. I was just able to find 1. This is the most ridiculous task.

I am ready to buy it from someone who has an extra. Name your price. It is really not worth my irl time.

ps. I hope devs do something to fix this stupid spawn rate.

Task progression (missing a lot of tasks)

So I have currently 148 completed tasks (207 when you count the completed ones that still show), all areas have been completed except MS and FN. So I went ahead and checked all the completed tasks on tacmap, and tacmap says there are a total of 237 tasks excluding long term contracts, range&rifle etc. So currently I am missing a lot of tasks like Hazardous Treasures, a lot of hand out items like 2x pgb-01, 2x tahirs, 2x smartphone, 2x passport, etc. according to Reandrin's chart -which I have been keeping in my locker so long it is annoying now.

So my question is, am I going to get new tasks later from the previously completed zones when I finish MS and FN tasks? I am adding a list of tasks I haven't yet received according to tac map website. - I am Crimson btw.

I thought this was already fixed by 0.2 or something. So I have 2 full wallets sitting inside a backpack in my locker, I also have a full stack and a partial stack sitting directly inside my locker. Everytime I make a purchase, the cash is used from the wallet sitting inside the backpack, instead of the 2 money stacks inside the locker itself. Anyone else having this issue? It is annoying to my OCD as I have to go and drag money into my wallet manually each time I buy something. Why not use the cash directly inside my locker?
