26M, want suggestions on exercise and diet

Hello Everyone,

Info: 26M, 60KG, 5'5

I have always been very insecure about my body. I have tried to avoid being topless in public as much as possible.

When I was a child, I did not know what it was called. Later, I found out that I have pectus excavatum. I went to a doctor and asked if I should get surgery. I had an Xray and MRI, and thankfully, it was not causing me any physical problems. The doctor advised my parents not to do surgery because it was not necessary.

Even though it does not cause me any physical discomfort, I have always felt insecure about how it looks. I avoid public water parks and swimming pools and in other places which requires me to be topless because of it.

I also tried going to the gym for a few months and worked out naturally, but I did not see much improvement. Because of college and then work, I eventually stopped going.

Now I really want to do something about it, at least visually. If I can improve my physique and make the chest indentation less noticeable, even a little, I would consider that a win.

I am ready to start going to the gym seriously. I am also willing to change my diet. I am thinking about taking protein and creatine as well.

I have searched online, but there is so much conflicting information that I honestly do not know what to follow. I would really appreciate advice from anyone who has pectus excavatum and has managed to improve its appearance through training, diet, or anything else.

I am not expecting to completely fix it. I just want to know if it is possible to hide it or make it less noticeable with muscle and the right training. Any practical advice or personal experience would really help.

Controller recommendation for OnePlus 12 ?

Recently started playing emulated games and I'm loving it, but touchscreen controls feel awkward.

Looking for a controller for my OnePlus 12. The large camera bump has me worried about compatibility. I was considering the GameSir G8, but couldn't find much info specifically for my phone.

I prefer plug and play USB C, but I'm open to other options if needed.

Any recommendations?

My current games, what do you think ?

My current games in order from most fav to least fav:

COC — my daily driver.

AL — just installed it a few days ago. Having fun, but I can already feel the grind. I was playing Brown Dust 2 before, but it was way too gooner for me.

Chess — daily puzzles and maybe an occasional rapid game.

Torchlight Infinite — wanted a POE-like game for mobile. I’ll never play Diablo Immortal, P2W garbage.

Honor of Kings — my go-to PvP game.

Shattered Pixel Dungeon — my offline/commute game. I like how difficult it is and also mobile-friendly.

Tale of Immortal — don’t really play it because I don’t get much time, but I’m keeping it since I paid for it. I like wuxia games.

NTE — probably deleting it, still confused about which gacha to keep.

Reverse: 1999 — want to keep this since it feels less grindy than AL, and the art/story are beautiful.

The Battle Cats — my most played gacha ever. Loved it. Will probably become my main gacha once I decide to delete a few other gachas.

What do you guys think? I wanted different games for different genres and moods.

Any suggestions on what I should keep, or maybe some more F2P-friendly, less grindy, and fun alternatives to these?
