Hello! Welcome to The Commons!

We're a community-driven, relax-and-play, survival multiplayer server. Our main goal is to make friends and just have a fun, calm time playing Minecraft. Whether you want to build, explore, redstone, fight, or meet new people, then this is the server for you! This server is hoping to have a little bit of everything, for anyone. Right now we have a player base of about ~6 active players, but we are dropping in numbers quick! We host weekly events, such as building competitions, PvP tournaments, and other things with prizes from the end dimension. We have not fought the dragon yet, and right now, we don't plan on it. No mods are required, but Simple VC mod is preferred and recommended.

Free PvP is allowed, but we do not allow teaming on weaker/inexperienced players. Griefing other player's builds is also NOT allowed. Extreme redstone is allowed, as long as its not lag machines/completely game breaking stuff. Overall you can basically do anything within the rules, as long as it doesn't impact others too negatively.

The server has already been open for a week, so know that spawn may be looted already. Again, we are looking for LONG TERM, active players. We want to build a server where players are investing time to push the limits of creativity, each other, and the game!

Right now we have a small group of around ~13 players, but we're looking for around ~30 (~4-6 active players online at any point). There are no requirements to join. You just need to fill out the application form in our discord server. So, if you are looking for a chill friend group to play Minecraft with, this is the server for you!

RULES:

1. Be civil
2. No stealing from others
3. No griefing builds that aren't your own
4. Alliances are allowed but please do not team on weaker/inexperienced players
5. No spawn killing
6. Be respectful and use common sense

15M, and my friend who's also 15M, have been looking to start a small SMP. We aren't looking for many players, just a few who can fairly consistently be online and stay somewhat committed to the world. We are open to hosting a 24/7 server. We're maybe looking for a group around 7-13 players total. Discord VC is preferable but not fully required.
