We just updated LoungeSMP to 26.2 and expanded both the Overworld and Nether borders, which means there is now a ton of fresh land for new bases, towns, shops, roads, and community projects.

That is the part I’m most excited about. LoungeSMP has always been at its best when people are building near each other, helping new players, making towns, visiting shops, and slowly turning random parts of the world into places everyone knows.

There’s also some cute new stuff in the update like Sulfur Cubes and mini pets, but the real win is giving new and existing players more space to build something and actually become part of the world.

If you’re a builder looking for a friendly survival SMP where people actually talk, hang out, and make things together, now is a really good time to join.

It’s been an incredible week on Oathlands with a couple of events that brought the community together.

Our main highlights were an unforgettable Karaoke Night, where people showed of their amazing singing skills. There was also a full-blown player murder trial in our courthouse!

I originally created Oathlands because I wanted a dedicated space for adults to just chill, build, and have fun together without constant map wipes. We’re a whitelisted 18+ Vanilla+ SMP built for the long haul, featuring simple voice chat and a super active community.

NisseSMP has been running for 5 years. In June we reset everything for Season 3: new world, new economy, everyone back to zero. Two months in there's 50-60 players on daily and the economy is still young. You're not too late.

CivMC – A hardcore nationbuilding experience!

CivMC is a long-term civilization simulation server. The server (and map) are almost 4 years old now, and the map has never reset! At the moment we have 100+ players at peak times every day!!

The server is sometimes referred to as “semi-anarchy” because although the admins will take action against harassment, hacking and cheating there is very little else that will get them involved. Griefing and raiding are therefore allowed, but don’t let that trick you! Player enforced justice is very much possible on CivMC. So don’t think a powerful nation is just going to let you get away with raiding or griefing them, you might just find yourself receiving a taste of hell.

With this concept of player enforced justice CivMC takes the world of “towny” and “factions” to greater heights, with more freedom and flexibility for the players without devolving into a completely lawless land like 2b2t. With nations and organisations arising across the server!

We have multiple plugins developed over the course of many years that give you the power to control the world in the ways most other Minecraft servers do not:

> - Citadel allows you to reinforce blocks, chests, doors etc... > with a limited amount of health! > - Enforce justice using ExilePearl, allowing you to imprison your fellow players in the nether by killing them with a pearl in your hotbar and then fueling their pearl. > - Spy on players using cctv. Reinforced noteblocks will alert you > when someone enters a 23x23x23 area around the block, and > reinforced jukeboxes will record actions someone takes in a > 23x23x23 area. > - Defend against grief with bastions which provide regional > protection with limited health. > - Create custom groups using Namelayer, allowing you to distribute > permissions to other players and chat from across the map. Explore a map that is now over three years old, filled with ruins of forgotten civilizations, massive bustling cities full of activity and commerce, long forgotten monuments, huge farms and military installations of a level you won't see on any other server! You can explore our world map in this player-created and maintained map which shows you the many nations of the world, as well as transport routes and individual settlements. Political scandals, military coups, ancient ruins to explore, hidden treasures buried deep underground to excavate, untapped mercantile opportunities, the vast and unknown depths of the nether to explore, strange nations with alien architecture and expansive cities full of activity and community. Well this is not something I thought would happen in the first week of our brand new server for adults and so far we have had nothing but nice friendly mature grown ups playing the server but this was absolutely the most obvious child the staff team have ever seen and the story of how we instantly caught him is absolutely hilarious.

This person applied to join the server and right away I noticed his discord was not very old at all plus his profile picture was very child like with his Minecraft skin in a typical youtuber style but obviously this was not enough to prove he was under age so he was let into the server.

Here is where it gets funny the SECOND he joined the discord he asked if raiding secret bases is allowed on the server despite the fact it quite clearly says in the rules stealing is not allowed and this is not a PVP server so I instantly logged on and began to watch him...

Straight away he started stealing so I asked him to join a VC and he said he could but he can't speak due to being born a mute which is by far the most common excuse for kids to avoid being banned from adult servers so I asked him ''when were you born?'' and it took him a solid minute to respond not only that when he joined the VC I could hear him speaking right before muting his mic.

All the staff had a good laugh and he was instantly banned from the server in less then 5 minutes.

We made this server to be a place for adults to get away from annoying little kids so if you would like to join us the link to the discord is below.
