Looking for Players to Join a Build-Oriented Minecraft SMP!

Hey everyone! I’m looking for players who are interested in joining a community-focused, build-oriented Minecraft SMP.

The main goal is to work together and make the world as beautiful, creative, and interesting as possible.

Server Focus

  • Build-oriented SMP — Focus on creating a beautiful and immersive world.
  • Community builds — Feel free to collaborate and share resources with other players.
  • Small to medium farms are allowed, but please keep them optimized.
  • Try to build farms in areas that are rarely loaded/rendered, and only load them when needed to help reduce server resource usage.
  • PvP is allowed, but always ask other players before starting a duel and respect their decision if they don’t want to participate. Please keep PvP friendly and avoid anything that could damage or disrupt the world. Only melee/sword PvP is allowed; Crystal PvP and other explosive PvP methods are not permitted.
  • Feel free to ask other players for help or share resources with other players.

Rules & Fair Play

  • Please respect the server rules and other players. Any behavior that negatively affects the server or community may result in a ban, potentially including a permanent ban.
  • Cheating is strictly prohibited, including X-ray, hacked/cheat clients, unfair mods, or anything else that provides an unfair advantage.
  • Vanilla mechanics and features are allowed, including legitimate duplication mechanics, but they should not be abused in a way that negatively impacts the server, or server performance.
  • Intentionally exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage may result in a ban.
  • Any attempt to bypass, abuse, or repeatedly break the server rules may also result in a ban.
  • The goal is to keep the server fair, enjoyable, and welcoming for everyone, so please play honestly and respect the world and other players.
  • If you believe you were wrongfully banned, you may appeal the ban and provide evidence or an explanation. If the ban is found to be unjustified, it may be overturned.

Server Info

  • Location: Indonesia 🇮🇩 (APAC)
  • Version: Minecraft Java — Vanilla gameplay 26.3
  • Server: Fabric-based with performance optimizations
  • Style: Community-focused and survival-oriented
  • Language: English or any language you can use, as long as the person you're talking to understands what you're saying.

If you're someone who enjoys building, exploring, collaborating, and contributing to a shared Minecraft world, feel free to comment or DM me!

Let's build something awesome together! 🏗️🌎

"Did I using AI to write the article?"

Yes I did using AI for that article and pardon me if thats "disturbing" you as a reader and for my apologize I rewrite the article on myself. Because I don't want to have dirt over my name. No AI, no machine algorithm involved. Just me, my computer and my notion. Spending time hours typing it then copy and paste it to my new article on Medium. Whether it's good written or not but I think that what makes it special because it's original by own hand. I alo will leave those post as history. Because...

"Perfect things sometimes doesn't always ship with perfect start."

Here I repost with the original version. For summary, this is my story about how I'm starting programming journey from Minecraft modding.

Here you can read my new article if you wish: How I start my Java developer career from Minecraft mods - Medium

Share your feedback here if you have any. Or share your experience too in Minecraft modding, Software Development or even any other related programming thing.

I learned Java just to make a Minecraft mod. Two years later, my mods have nearly 190k downloads.

Two years ago, I couldn't write Java.

The closest thing I had to programming was editing Minecraft resource packs.

In 2023, during my final year of high school, I decided to learn Minecraft modding because I wanted a small quality-of-life feature that I couldn't find anywhere else.

That decision led me down a rabbit hole of learning Java, debugging Minecraft internals, breaking my mods with updates, and slowly releasing projects that players actually found useful.

Today, those mods have accumulated nearly 190,000 downloads across Modrinth and CurseForge.

I recently wrote about the journey, including:

  • Learning programming from scratch
  • Why my first mod almost never happened
  • The reality of maintaining mods through Minecraft updates
  • What Minecraft modding taught me about software development

I'd love to hear from other mod developers as well:

What was the mod that got you into modding?
