So yeah basically that. I am planning on building a server for myself + 7 friends to play. I plan on using crafty controller (complete noob so also appreciated if anyone has full tutorial). I have 2 combos: i5 4690+16gb ddr3 or 2200g 16gb ddr4. Which one is better? I read somewhere that the 4690 even have higher single core perf than the 2200g. I dont plan on upgrading too so its not a factor. Help me choose please!

I am planning on using a mesh Wifi system, specifically 1 TP link Deco BE25 on the first floor + 4 Deco X50-Poe for the remaining floors (all wired backhaul) + Cat6A cabling + 1gbps internet service (may upgrade in the long term) , but I have several questions. I would love to get some help/advices since this is my first time doing this.
Would happy to clarify anything since I am still new to all this and do not know everything. Any advices would be greatly appreciated x

I drew up a plan like the 1st attached photo. I split my setup into 2 switches because I only need 2.5gbps ports for my PCs which are connected with wall ports connected to the 2.5gbps switch, but for my Wifi and other low-usage wall Ethernet ports I only need Gigabit. Plus, 16 port 2.5gbps switches are too expensive/unavailable where I need.
Will this setup work? Can the X50s run wired backhaul mesh with the BE25?
Second attached photo is the basic floor plan of my house (AI generated since i havent got in finalized yet but this is basically it). I intend on putting 1 X50 per floor on the ceiling (Blue dot). Will 1 AP be enough in my case? Do i need to upgrade to a better unit/add more APs?
