Naruto/Sasuke Mangekyo Angst

Does anyone know of any Naruto X Sasuke fics (I'm fine if it is genderbent) that play with Sasuke thinking of how he may have to kill Naruto, who he is very in love with, to get the Mangekyo. Bonus points if the Sharingan literally impacts his sanity.

The sharingan being tied to trauma is such a fantastic basis for a dramatic, angsty romance.
