After a long tenure, I’ve made the difficult decision to leave SW. I’m deeply grateful to those who believed in my potential and gave me opportunities to grow here. To everyone still on the paint grind, I wish you nothing but the best through the upcoming changes. The company and upper management does not appreciate your loyalty and extra effort. Stop going the extra mile. It just becomes the new expectation, and they will never compensate you for it. Take care of yourselves and God speed!
