Cheap SoCal Venues?
Is there any venues in Southern California that can do cheap, tiny weddings? We most likely will have no guests and no party. A courthouse has been suggested but my fiancee would like be a nice venue, possibly forested. We've had to make so many concessions because of how poor we are that I would like to at least give her a decent looking location that isn't just a government building. I've searched all over SoCal but every venue I've found seems to require dozens of guests and is thousands of dollars that we can't afford.

Sadly I don't think I'll have the entire animation done in time for Father's Day, but at least I finished the part with James in it! He was the best. Hopefullly I'll have the entire cutscene done before the day is over but realistically it wont be for another day or two.

Stomp through Space Disneyland as Star Fox
I present to you, Big Stompy Mechs at Battle Base Meteor!
This level is the culmination of years of work and every single thing learned about pushing this engine to its absolute limits. I always felt the Walkers were underutilized in Star Fox, and I knew that Battle Base Meteor as the Amusement Park it's described as in the first two Star Fox games had to be the debut setting of these amazing vehicles for this project.
This brand new version has more than just this new Star Walker level, it also includes the HUD overhaul that's been in the works, and the addition of the Somersault evasive maneuver for the Arwing! The Tutorial level with James McCloud has also been updated to account for the new HUD and Somersault feature as well. So what are you waiting for, download the game for free and have some fun.

Video on the Bōsōzoku (暴走族) subculture origins of Katt and Falco's flamboyant aesthetics
I've been thinking of making a video on the Bōsōzoku (暴走族) subculture origins of Katt and Falco's flamboyant aesthetics in Star Fox. I've been diving into this unique subculture with the help of my friend in Japan (who also happens to be Fay's voice actress in Event Horizon) to get some proper history and context and it's pretty fascinating how both Katt and Falco's original aesthetics and personalities map onto the movement in the 1990s. Is this actually something people would even be interested in though? I'm pretty busy right now and I don't know if it would be worth the time to set aside to make a video. Either way I can't wait to model Falco and Katt's over the top Bōsōzoku hover-cycles in Event Horizon, driving around with them on Sauria is going to be hilarious.
