The Organization had the answer

But they will never know.

It was ironic that Teresa was almost their ultimate weapon as she could singlehandedly take multiple single digit Claymores and even fought awakened being fair and square without having to awake herself. But they decided to eliminate her.

It was also very ironic that Clare+Teresa, as the first attempt of mergering human and half human half yoma, was their ultimate answer. They were the perfected version of what the Org want to achieve with twins: two souls controlled one overpowered body, yet they had no risk of the other body get attacked.

However, even if somebody from the Org lived through the coup and witness what happened at the end of the arc, it's very unlikely they could reproduce the same result. They need a pair, Claymore and Human, and the pair must have a deeply rooted love for each other. They also need to kill the Claymore or get them killed to fuse their body and eventually fuse their soul together. This process sounds so inhumane which would never work.

Finished the manga and the only thing I don't like

is the stigma.

Instead of an extended unhealed and open wound with staples, the author should have made it look more unsettling. Like, the vertical, bulging vein running through the length of their upper body. But it should be a closed wound and it should looks like their body fused with yoma parts. This would make Teresa body more "disgusting" and genuinely scare the bandit away.

It would also make more sense in the combat where they constantly got beaten up and slashed yet the staples were still intact. In reality, if their upper body were held together by just staples, the staples would get destroyed and their organs would have spilled out after the first couple of hits.
