Headphones or system acting up

Recently I got a PC from my cousin who is now in the army, been maybe three months with it. He also gave me his headphones which may be the issue here. Just a few hours ago they begun to do something odd. I use Opera GX as my main browser and my headphones have started to play a constant, high pitched yet subtle droning noise, the best reference I can give is the humming in the background of FNAF 3. It also brings the audio quality down quite a bit This sound will ONLY play when a video is played on the Opera browser version of youtube and music and shorts on Opera seem to be exempt from the humming. What's the issue and how/can I fix it? The hardware specs are listed below:

Arctis 5 USB wired headphones

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core processor

16 gigs of RAM

and a NVIDIA GeForce 2070 with 8 gigs

Please note, there may be too much or too little info and I might've listed, again, too much or little about the hardware. I'm still basically a baby about PC's, this is my first one I've ever had and this is all rather alien to me, so please be be patient, any help is appreciated :]

Stupid question but I'm still curious

Is this ever opening in a update? Are we ever getting any map expansions or is this door just a vibe and detail thing?
