My Story - The First Two Years After Third Eye Awakening

Enter the Spirit World - My Story - The Last Two Years and How I Met God, Jesus, Thoth, Satan, Angels, Demons, and Aliens

Two years ago, I was very addicted to cannabis, alcohol, video games, fast food, and pornography. I was suffering pretty badly. I was using cannabis to cope with my emotions from previous trauma.

I had been reading some books called The Kybalion and the Emerald Tablets of Thoth, and I read that the universe is mental in nature, and that Thoth's spirit was in suspended animation, and he can be called upon for assistance to help us in our lives.

So, in my time of desperation, I was in the shower and I was wondering why I am so addicted to my own self-destruction, so I said "Thoth, if you are real, I need help. I don't want to live like this anymore," and that is when my hand suddenly moved on its own from my forehead, and to my heart while holding a hand sign.

I remember my mind suddenly being at peace after I asked, and I dried off, and went to my bedroom to get dressed. When I was dressed, I went to a mirror that I have in my room, and I asked again. "Thoth, if you are real, I need your help. I don't want to suffer like this anymore. Will you help me?"

That is when I saw a vivid image of Jesus appear in my mind and eyes. He started to fade in, and I was confused about what was happening so I opened my eyes to see if he would fade away, and he started to, so I closed my eyes shut, and he faded in. Half of his face was illuminated, the other half was covered in darkness.

I remember I stared at him for about ten seconds before I even realized who I was looking at. After about 30 seconds he started to fade away, and I remember reaching out to him with hands in my mind because I didn't want him to go.

That night I was lying in bed, staring up at my ceiling contemplating the nature of evil and wondering if it could be looked at with compassion, instead of hatred, and that is when I felt a slight pop in my hippocampus in my brain, around the area people call the "third eye," or the "eye of horus," basically where the uvula is in the back of your throat but up in the brain, and I started feeling fluid flow from the left hemisphere of my brain to the right. I remember feeling like I had been living in half my brain for my whole life, and that I was disconnected from my emotional self.

I then saw a vivid image of God and Satan, and they started dancing together. God was dancing with joy, and Satan was looking at God and kind of mirroring his dance a bit. They looked happy together. I remember God did the Russian squat dance at one point.

God was wearing a white flowing robe with the classic Jesus sandals, and Satan had bright red skin and horns. They danced for maybe 30 seconds before the vision faded away.

This is when I really started hearing voices. Not audibly through my ears, but within my mind using my own voice which made things confusing later on.

I didn't know who was speaking to me at the time, since all the voices sound like my own inner voice, but it was God, Jesus, Thoth, Satan, and probably some other demons and angels.

Satan tricked me into thinking I needed to cut off my air supply in order to connect with God, and that I needed to die in order to be reborn, and save the world.

I was in a very manic state at the time, confused, filled with anxiety, amd fear, and I just did it because I didn't really know what was going on.

I put my head face down in my pillow and went to the fear break point, and saw an image of an upside down red triangle, which I now know represented the unholy trinity, and I heard a voice say, "We are trying to sync up with you," which came from a demon.

As I stared at it, by the grace of God, Mother Mary came to me, and helped me to realize that I want to live, and I ripped my head away from the pillow and gasped for air.

This is when the spirit of death came over me, and it felt like what I imagine a dementor from Harry Potter would. It started sucking all the life out of me, and I felt abysmal. I literally thought I was dead and involuntarily peed myself. After laying there not breathing for close to two minutes I suddenly took a huge deep breath and vaulted out of my bed and started panicking and pacing in my bedroom.

I was freaking out, I could barely breathe, and I was using diaphragm breathing that I learned from Wim Hof just to keep from fainting. I remember having it revealed to me that the living God is real, and I was terrified. By God's grace through he kept me conscious and upright. I must have been close to fainting a dozen times.

That's when I saw characters from movies and shows that I love. I saw Master Yoda from Star Wars, Aang from Avatar the Last Airbender, and Neo from The Matrix.

The scene with Neo holding up his hand, saying "No," and stopping the bullets from the agents became instrumental in my fight against Satan later.

My thoughts were so scattered that I needed to write down my core thoughts. I remember I wrote like 5 sentences down, but I only remember two, "I want to live, and the brain is a processor."

That is when I realized my head is getting really hot, basically, "my processor is overheating," and I started feeling pressure in the center of my forehead. When I would put pressure on my forehead it would connect with my hippocampus, or my "third eye" and keep my mind quiet, and still.

I could also feel my brain stem wiggling, and I had a ballooning sensation on the left and right side of my head by my temples, so I went and got a giant blue bowl from my kitchen, and filled it with ice cold water, went down into the basement to keep from waking up my Mom, and began to soak my head to keep it from overheating.

It may sound strange, but my head would literally float on the surface of the water on its own. This was the Holy Spirit of God helping to keep me safe from drowning.

God then asked me to think of something worth fighting for, and I thought of my sister who is mentally and physically impaired. Her name is Valerie.

I mostly kept my right hemisphere in the water, but I would swap sides to keep both sides cool. During this, I would go to the fear break point by holding my breath, and letting my body wiggle and writhe in agony a bit. I'm not sure if this was just Satan torturing me, or if this was dual phased and it was also being used to drive the fear out of my body, and make me fearless.

This is when things calmed down a little bit, and I saw an image of Anubis with Thoth speaking through him.

At first we were just conversing, I remember Thoth saying that it was really cool how my head would just float in the water, and as he was speaking I remember realizing Satan had taken over speaking.

He brought me back to a childhood memory where the kids of my neighborhood would say that Satan lived under my house, and he thought it was hilarious.

Those same children, who came from Christian families, used to torture me for being an Atheist. I didn't even really know what an Atheist was, I was just mirroring my mom. Anyways, I used to cuss at them when they were being really mean to me, and one day they pinned me down on the ground, and yelled at me demanding that I say that I believe in God. This was actually a concerted demonic attack by those children to put a spirit of fear in me.

I was only around five years old, and I remember being so scared and claustrophobic that I could barely breathe, I remember thinking, "This is it, I'm dead." An awful thought for a five year old to be thinking.

I remember I went to one of their front doors and knocked, and was crying and told their mom that their kids just hurt me, and I could see this expression on her face like, "I don't care, you're an atheist, and I have no empathy for you," she literally didn't say anything, but glared at me with disdain, and shut the door in my face. This is important because this same look will come up later. This was a demon shutting off her empathy because he had hatred in her heart.

Anyways, I remember as my head was floating in the water, and Anubis was in the bottom left corner of my vision, I could see stars and constellations behind him and they were spinning slowly. It was quite pretty, like I was laying out on the grass staring at the stars.

Then, Satan tried to convince me this is all an endlessly nesting simulation. That above us is a hyper advanced civilization with a universe in a box, and above them, same thing. They started pretending like they were the scientists looking through a lens at me. At the time I had little to no ability to discern truth, or to tell if it was Satan tricking me, so I just sort of went along with it, but it felt kind of wrong.

Anyways, the head soaking stopped for a day, and I had just received the government's stimulus check, so I went to the store and kind of just let the spirit guide me on what to buy. I bought a bunch of fruits and vegetables, and a pineapple and went home. Without even checking prices, what I grabbed ended up being basically exactly how much money I had. It was surprising.

That day I was in my backyard, mind you this was spring, around the time of the passover, and I was basically playing with Thoth. I was balancing a sliced pineapple top on top of my head while swinging a stick around like a sword. I was having fun. I was also eating the pineapple with hair mixed in because I had this dream of becoming a mental master. I wanted to break the disgust mechanic. I think because I realized disgust for things can get in the way of loving others.

After playing for a while I needed another head soak, so I went into my kitchen and was soaking my head. I could feel a lot of pressure in the left hemisphere of my brain from fluid build up, and so the Holy Spirit started having me breathe in through my mouth and exhale hard through my nose.

I must have been standing in that spot for close to an hour just breathing in and out. It was really intense, and then all of the sudden a bunch of white viscous liquid came out of my nose, I would say around one to two cups worth. I drank it all as I had my head soaking in the liquid and it was flavorless.

I felt so good after that. I walked outside and I had such clarity, like a bunch of confusion had been lifted. I walked around the block, but the fluid started to slowly build again, and I had to soak my head in a puddle to keep it cooled down.

Later that day God had me go to a tree and sit against it and relax. He had me bring a book, at the time it was Inner Engineering by Sadghuru. As I was sitting there, two women walked up to me and asked me my name and what I was doing. I just told them I was reading, and they shared the gospel message with me, and offered to let me join their house church. They gave me a phone number of one of their husband's and I called right away.

The second night was spent with Thoth a bit more. I wanted to break the disgust mechanic, and shatter every mental barrier. I have three cats, so we began to eat small amounts of cat feces. I remember before I did it, I was just kind of chilling in front of the litter boxes, and the Holy Spirit sent one of my cats to come check on me. He jumped up right next to me and looked at me like, "Are you okay?"

Thoth seemed to have no problem smelling the poop and showed me that it was actually fine. Eating it was pretty bad at first, the flavor was very very bitter, but I was able to swallow it more easily than I expected.

At the time the demons had my throat locked up a bit, so I had to use the same handsign that I used in the shower when I first met Thoth to sort of simulate my swallow mechanic. I would get ready to swallow and then make a fist as I swallowed in order to get it down. I had to do that with any food because Satan didn't want me eating anything.

Regardless, the third night I was in another demonicly induced manic state, and I was soaking my head in ice water in the basement again to keep my brain from hemorrhaging. I remember being so tired, just exhausted to the core, and my feet hurt so bad from standing on the hard concrete, I was so hungry too, and just suffering deeply, but I didn't really have a choice, I had to keep my head in the water and endure. I could feel the mighty hand of God though beaming immense amounts of energy into me to keep me upright.

I don't remember the specifics, but Satan somehow had me convinced again that I needed to die in order to save the world. He wanted me to pop my "pineal gland" my "third eye," which he said would transform the entire world, and usher in the golden age of humanity.

He had me take a staff, a long wooden stick, and had me press it into the center of my forehead. I pushed very very hard, as hard as I could until my arms literally gave out, and let me tell you, the human skull is outrageously strong. By the grace of God, I survived the attack. He also wanted me to push wooden sticks into my hands like Jesus's wounds on the cross. I pressed as hard as I could, but couldn't do it.

That next day, my forehead was wounded and I was sitting in my backyard soaking my head in the ice water. The wiggling of my brain stem and the ballooning in my right temple was getting so intense that I thought I was dead.

Satan had me convinced that all possible timelines where I survive were collapsing because I was moving, and I couldn't move or do anything, or I was dead. I remember eventually being scared I was going to die, and my mom came out to check on me because my behavior was so erratic, and I told her to call the ambulance.

The ambulance came and they pulled the bowl of water away from me, and brought me to the ambulance. I started saying that I need to see a neurosurgeon because I could feel fluid pressure in my head, and it was painful. I remember the paramedics had no sense of urgency too which was making me upset. They sat at my house for like five minutes before leaving.

Anyways, I got to the hospital and I was so thirsty, but they wouldn't give me any water, so I ripped out my IV, blood spilling onto the floor, and grabbed a pee cup from the bathroom and drank out of that. At this point I had already eaten feces, and broken so many mental barriers, that I didn't even care that it was a pee cup. I was thirsty.

The nurse was upset that they had to clean up the mess of blood, but they eventually got me a cup of water, and they then admitted me to the hospital.

At first the nurses were nice, and they were giving me some food and juice and warm blankets, but then I was told by Satan I need to flush my brain again, so I asked for a container to soak my head in.

I began to do the breathing techniques in the water, and the nurses were not having it. I think they were afraid I would aspirate the water, so they called the police and eventually strapped me to the bed with restraints.

I'm claustrophobic because of that trauma of when I was held down by my "friends" at the age of five, so this was pure torture for me. I was so thirsty, and so hungry, and they stopped giving me water, and I basically spent the entire night alone thinking I was going to die. They had no concern for me at all. They just saw me as crazy, and had no empathy. In the morning, feeling beyond exhausted, I had to beg the lady that did the blood draw to have me freed from my restraints.

They abliged and moved me to a different room where they set up a camera and had pressure pads to monitor me if I got out of bed or from my chair. They were worried I would fall and hurt myself because I had that head injury in the center of my forehead, and to be fair, I was in a pretty fragile state. I remember one time I went pee, the Holy Spirit had me pee SOS into the water. Save Our Souls.

After a day of being in the hospital they had me transferred to an inpatient mental health facility across the state. I was able to get some food in me, take some medication to relax, and actually get some sleep.

While I was there a man was suffering from demonic attacks. He would be perfectly fine one minute and then screaming at the top of his lungs the next. As we were passing in the halls, he randomly said to me, "Hello Jesus," and I was taken aback. Either he, the demons, or both, could sense Jesus with me. Also, one of the other patients told me that the wound on my forehead from when I pressed the stick into it looked like a cross.

After a week, I was released from the hospital and went back home. When I got there, my entire room was different. My mom spent that week cleaning my room, and making it look really nice. I love my mom, she is the best.

When I got back, I was having head pains again from fluid build up and ballooning and I remember my mom helped me push on my head one time to counter the pressure. She spoon fed me blueberries because I was so hungry, but couldn't function, I could barely move my arms or my mouth without feeling head pain.

I recovered and started feeling better, and God had me go get anxiety medication and sleeping meds to help me recover. I went to the house church for the first time and met a wonderful group of people. They taught me about God, and gave me a Bible.

Over time I developed a relationship with them, and an opening to live with my Brothers in Christ came, and I took it. When I moved in though I started to come under heavy attack from the enemy again.

I wasn't eating, or sleeping. So, I ended up fasting for probably close to three weeks. I barely slept, and at night Satan would terrorize me, and made me wet the bed once.

One night, around 3am, I left the house barefoot and walked the neighborhood for probably close to 5 or 6 hours.

During this time I saw images of God and Jesus trimming rotten fruit from a tree which represented my brain. I also saw them sweeping out a mud hut room with brooms whoch represented a spiritual room in my mind. They were cleaning up a lot of the confusion in my mind.

After hours of walking around I was starving and exhausted, beyond tired, my feet hurt so bad they were bleeding, I walked through broken glass at one point, and eventually I had no idea where I was. I was lost in the neighborhood, and God was telling me you have to let it all go, fear and doubt, and just trust in me.

At the end of the night, I had to trust in God so much to shake my head hard left and right, causing me to stumble all over the place, and nearly fall down, and I could feel my "third eye" moving left and right. I think this was to help loosen Satan's grip on it.

After about five minutes of that I found a tree in front of someone's house, and rested with my back up against it for probably about 30 minutes. The birds started to chirp because it was morning, and I got up and started walking around again.

Trusting in God, I eventually found my way back to the house, and knocked on the door, and was let back in. I've learned that the body can actually survive without food for a long time.

That next day, or maybe a few days later, they called in reinforcements, and brought someone to help deliver me from some of these spirits. It was my first real deliverance, and they did four sessions in one day.

I remember the fearlessness in their eyes as they did the deliverance. They were really nice to me though, and knew what they were doing. They didn't judge me, and I could tell they just wanted to help me heal.

After the third session, they had me go back upstairs and relax for a bit, but I was still under attack from a spirit of confusion. The holy spirit had me write out a sheet to help then ib deliverance by giving them a quick breakdown of what happened with Thoth and how I ended up inviting him in, but for some reason they didn't cast out Thoth. I really don't know why, but they did get a few other demons to come out.

That night I was in my bedroom, and I was still under heavy attack, and my brothers in Christ who lived with me came to check on me, and pray for me, and it turned into a deliverance session which lasted for probably close to an hour.

It was excruciating and they honestly did not know what they were doing. They were not trained and had not studied deliverance, and I think it was their first time seeing a deliverance.

I was so incredibly thirsty after about 45 minutes, and I had a moment where I had the realization that we're not getting anywhere anymore. This wasn't working. The demons were just screaming and wouldn't come out.

That's when the holy spirit helped me return back to control, and return to myself. They asked me what I was doing because I stood up, and I said that I'm very thirsty. I had nothing in my stomach, and the demons were actually trying to be puked out, but there was nothing in my stomach to be puked up, so they just kind of stayed.

They said no water, and wouldn't give me a break which was not a nice thing to do. They had me sit back down on the floor and just kept going.

After about 15 minutes, I again knew this was going no where. They weren't breaking curses, they weren't binding demons in the name of Jesus, they weren't sending any of them to the abyss either, and I don't know what happened specifically, but something struck each of their hearts.

During this deliverance we did get some of the demons out because I did feel better. One of my brothers said my name and i came back, and I start talking to them, and telling them that it's me, they literally did not believe me.

I don't know at what point they stopped listening to the Holy Spirit, but they were gone. I turned to each of them pleading for them to understand that it's me now, and they had the exact same face that the mother of those children had when she had disdain for me. They were closed off and had no empathy in their hearts, I could see on their faces.

That's when they all ganged up on me, and pinned me down onto the bed. I knew exactly where that was going. They were under demonic control and they were trying to put a spirit of fear back in me, so I flailed out of their grasp, and ran out of the house.

My clothes literally felt so heavy, and I just wanted to be naked and free, and I went running out into the dark alley and stripped my clothes off for a couple minutes.

Nobody saw me because the alley had no lights. I went and put my clothes back on, and that's when I bumped into a couple of my friends who, by the guidance of the Holy Spirit, ended up at the house because they were concerned that I wasn't being treated right.

I distinctly remember my friends trying to talk to me, and they were walking so slow and I remember feeling frustrated like I didn't really want to talk to them, and Satan spoke out of my mouth and told them that he's the leader, and they are the followers, and I stormed off.

They called a wellness check for me and brought in an ambulance and police. I know they were just worried about me, but I ended up at a hospital where I was so uncomfortable.

After a few hours they discharged me and gave me an Uber ride home to my mother's house because I didn't want to go back to the other place where my brothers were. I talked to the driver about God on the way home. It was a really nice conversation.

I was missing my bed, so I had to drag my sister's mattress into my old bedroom, and I actually fell asleep that night.

A couple days later, two of the three brothers that had been there for my deliverance came to my house to "minister" to me. I told them how it made me feel to have them pin me down since I'm claustrophobic, and they literally looked at me deadpan. No emotions, no empathy. They didn't care. All they saw was a demon possessed person, and not me.

Over the course of the next week I was really upset about how my brothers assaulted me, and had no empathy for me, and I turned back to cannabis for a while.

When I was stoned this time, I would become hyper aware of time and heaven, and i could telI that God and Jesus were with me so strongly. I would pace around in my backyard, and just talk to God and Jesus, as well as Satan several times. I tried to ask Satan to turn to Jesus, but he wouldn't do it.

It took me months, but I eventually forgave my brothers for what they did to me. I was smoking weed every day just to cope though, and then I came under heavy demonic attack again.

I grabbed the wooden door stopper for the sliding glass door, and placed it between my legs and went outside to walk around the block. During this trip I lost control of my bladder and bowels, and ended up pooping and peeing myself. I still had the wooden stick between my legs and the friction of the urine and the stick caused a really bad rash.

When I got home, I cleaned the stick off since it had urine and feces on it, and that's around the time my mom got home. I was in a manic state, and I don't remember everything that happened to be honest, it was very traumatic.

It was almost like we were performing a deliverance to show the universe, and the aliens of the universe, had to talk through a bunch of my trauma, and explain how Jesus can help those in need to be delivered from evil, and I just remember being worried that I wouldn't do it right, or that I would say the wrong thing, but God kept reassuring me with "You won't fail."

I remember my mom gave me a bath, and one of my brothers in Christ randomly showed up, obviously guided by the Holy Spirit, since nobody called him, and they took me to a Christian based mental health facility.

When we arrived they bombarded me with probably close to fifty questions, and meanwhile I'm under attack from the enemy, and I can barely think straight. They were talking so fast too. Anyways, we got through the conversation, my brother left, and I was brought to my room.

I could tell immediately this place was covered in Satanic energy. I think Satan called all forces to attack me while I was in there because my first six hours I was being put under a spell of mass hypnosis.

I was so incredibly tired, and Satan would keep trying to put me to sleep, I think I would have died if I fainted, but Jesus kept me awake. Right as my head would droop and I would start to fall asleep, my head would move back up, and I would get another little burst of energy.

Satan would have me look at some blemish in the wall, which had demonic energy emitting from it, and I would start to fall asleep.

I felt absolutely dreadful, and I kept having neck pains and would have to put counter pressure on them. I honestly think I had a blood clot a few times, but God protected me.

At one point I was starting to get really confused and I kept hearing only negative and demanding voices, and it was annoying me. Like they didn't want me to move or do anything, and I thought it was God and Jesus and I said they are being A-Holes, Sorry Father and Jesus, and that immediately fixed something because I started hearing the real God and Jesus again.

After I recovered from the hypnosis, and took a shower, because I had defecated myself during this, I had to go around the entire room with a cup of water and dip my hand in the water, and rub it all over certain blemishes in the walls, and across the light sockets to protect the room because Satan was leaking his demonic energy into the room.

I also came under attack again, and was shown Satan's yoke of slavery, compared to God's love and grace. Satan kept trying to take over my breath and give me anxiety and fear and kept telling me I'm going to die while making me feel awful, and God and Jesus kept telling me, I'm not going to die, and would make me feel better.

It climaxed with me literally repeating Yes No Yes No Yes No until I heard a loud ringing. They basically brought me to the brink of insanity, and it was dreadful.

After that, and after the purification of the room, it was much better, and I was able to lay down and get some sleep with the help of some sleeping medication. They also helped me out, and brought a cream to treat the rash between my legs.

Over the course of my stay there, I could literally see people being delivered just by being around me. I would talk to them, and they would yawn or burp, which are signs of demons leaving, and people were happy. My fellow inpatients would always be so happy to see me, and they were awesome. They brought a smile to my face every time I saw them.

The day before I left I was so happy in my room. I was whistling which is one of my favorite activities. Satan had suppressed my whistling, but my soul felt so liberated. Get behind me Satan.

After I left there, I went back home and was healed up feeling a lot better. God had me go get medication again to help with anxiety and sleep, and I got a job at a cannabis trimming company. I only worked there for a week though, and I could tell it wasn't the place for me.

As I was leaving, I bought a joint, and then went to the store to buy a couple beers because I wanted to face my fears over these substances, and honestly just chill out on my back porch and relax.

When I was at the store, I bumped into three of my brothers in Christ, they basically caught me buying beer, and I told them I quit my job, and they were concerned about me. They also did something kind of mean though, and shamed me for not coming back around to the other house. I didn't want to go back there because I felt no love or empathy from two of the brothers.

I still haven't been able to sit them down and talk to them about that moment, but they were demonized during my deliverance. They had demons of their own, and they got control which shut off their empathy and love. I'm praying in Lord Jesus's name for them to have full deliverance too.

I have been praying and fasting, and the Lord is delivering me from so much darkness. I've had a lot of breakthroughs recently, many demons leaving, and I'm abstaining from cannabis, tobacco, alcohol, and masturbation because they are opening doors for the enemy to attack.

I urge anyone seeking deliverance to go to YouTube and look up Isaiah Salvidar. He has helped me to get delivered from a lot of demons recently, and has taught me a lot. Jesus is training me up to cast out devils, and is teaching me a lot through Isaiah's ministry.

If you have any questions about my experience, I will do my best to answer. I'm here to help.

Have a blessed day, and may the Lord be with you.

When Duality Collapses, the Third Eye Opens: An Exploration of Consciousness, Spiritual Awakening, Ancient Mysticism, Yogic Philosophy, Gnostic Wisdom, Hermetic Thought, Meditation, Fasting, the Pineal Gland, Personal Transformation and the Possibility of Humanity Rediscovering Its Deeper Connection

All is mind.

Consciousness is embedded within the entire fabric of the universe.

Thought power moves the universe.

Chaos in the mind leads to calamity in the world.

To change the world, you must first change yourself.

Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering.

You have to be willing to let it all go, Neo... Fear, doubt, and disbelief... Free your mind.

You must unlearn what you have learned...

Knowledge is power, but it's how you use it that matters.

A strong desire for knowledge over love can be destructive and lead to immense suffering.

We must let go of what we desire if we want harmony instead of slavery. Happiness instead of sorrow.

A man who wants nothing, has everything.

Free will without morality, love, empathy, or wisdom is dangerous and has the potential to destroy the world.

If one human changes their mind, it can change the entire world.

To save one life is to save the world entire.

To desire an outcome for the future is to destabilize the present.

Never his mind on where he was going, or what he is doing. Adventure? Excitement? A Jedi craves not these things.

There is no shame in being alive.

There is no shame in asking for help, or needing support, yet do not let it hinder your personal strength or growth.

There is a timing in everything.

Sometimes we must endure our own hardships to the brink of oblivion, to the precipice of destruction, and then ask for help, to understand our own strengths.

Have faith in yourself too, do not be afraid.

Wisdom will carry you far.

Gather wisdom from all across the world.

Gather from one source, and it becomes rigid and stale.

Understanding others, the other elements, the other nations, will help make you whole.

There's only one thing that matters if you're a shinobi, and it isn't the number of jutsu that you possess, what you do need is the guts to never give up!

Never going back on your word.

Never giving up no matter what the odds may tell you.

It is possible to solve the world's problems, but trying to fix the external world, with not shaping the inner world first, is futile, and has led to much pain, suffering, bloodshed, and death.

Just as the child in The Matrix says, it is impossible to bend the spoon, you must first learn to use mindfulness or awareness toward the energies and feelings within, and try to understand the thoughts and feelings that arise in your mind and body, and use wisdom and discernment to navigate the complexities, and compassion for yourself, then your external world will change, and you will bend, and the spoon will bend with you.

Both your internal and external world are connected. The more you work on changing and challenging yourself, the more everything will change around you. Relaxation is important too.

The true mind can weather all illusions and lies without being lost. The true heart can tough the poison of hatred without being harmed. Since beginningless time, darkness thrives in the void, but always yields to purifying light.

Gardening, Community, and the External World

Gardening is one of the primary solutions to solving all of the world's crisis. Increasing biodiversity, improving food security, helping people to live for over 100 years, the return of bartering and sharing and possibly even local community meals, gardening provides the solutions to help humans, birds, bees, insects, animals and all life on the planet, and even the planet Earth herself.

Gardening could also be a fall back if the populace ever organizes mass general strikes against the corporate elites and victory gardens could make a return.

The Third Eye, Duality, and Spiritual Awakening

There is an idea that runs like a buried current through almost every mystical tradition, yet it is rarely stated outright.

It is the notion that the third eye opens when duality collapses.

Beneath centuries of symbolic language and religious distortion lies something that feels less like metaphor and more like a description of a real psycho-spiritual transformation.

The same idea appears in Hindu yoga, in the Gnostic Gospels, in Hermetic and Kabbalistic texts, and even in the writings of the early Christian mystics.

They all point toward one moment of convergence, when the mind stops perceiving reality in fragments and begins to see from the center, through a single unified field of awareness.

In the Hindu and yogic systems, the third eye corresponds to the Ajna chakra, the seat of inner sight and intuition.

Classical texts like the Shiva Samhita and the Yoga Kundalini Upanishad describe it as the point where two energy currents, the ida and the pingala, merge into the sushumna, the central channel of consciousness.

These currents represent lunar and solar forces, feminine and masculine, receptive and active.

As long as they oscillate separately, awareness bounces back and forth between the poles of perception, light and dark, self and other.

But when they fuse perfectly in balance, the yogi enters the state of turiya, pure consciousness beyond waking and dream.

The Yoga-Vasistha puts it plainly: “When the distinction between seer and seen dissolves, the eye of intuition opens.”

This is not poetic flourish. It describes the moment when the dual architecture of awareness collapses and perception becomes whole.

That same principle appears in the Gnostic writings of early Christianity.

In the Gospel of Thomas, Jesus says, “When you make the two one, when you make the inner as the outer and the outer as the inner, then you will enter the Kingdom.”

The Kingdom here is not a physical paradise or a future event. It is a state of consciousness where opposites no longer define reality.

The dualistic prison of good and evil, right and wrong, heaven and earth is transcended, and what remains is the direct perception of unity.

The Pistis Sophia expands this idea, describing the restoration of the “Light” within the soul as the moment when right and left, above and below, are reconciled.

The early church suppressed these texts because they bypassed external authority. They taught that the Kingdom was within and could be accessed directly through self-knowledge, without priests, dogma, or intermediaries.

In other words, they taught people how to see for themselves.

In Hermetic philosophy, the same unification is described in cosmic language.

The Corpus Hermeticum teaches that when the divine mind awakens within the human, “the eye of the heart sees that light and darkness, life and death are one and the same.”

The Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus reduces it to the most famous line in all of esotericism: “That which is below is like that which is above, and that which is above is like that which is below, to accomplish the miracle of the One Thing.”

This formula is the essence of Hermeticism, the realization that microcosm and macrocosm mirror each other perfectly.

When that mirror becomes clear, the observer perceives no separation between self and cosmos.

The “miracle of the One Thing” is simply the collapse of duality, the seeing of the All as One.

Kabbalistic mysticism translates this into the language of divine architecture.

The Zohar describes the right and left pillars of the Tree of Life, Mercy and Severity, as forces in tension that must be harmonized through the Middle Pillar, the axis of balance.

When the two sides are reconciled, Tiferet, the beauty of unity, is revealed.

The Zohar says, “The two pillars are opposed, yet the Holy One established the Middle Column to balance them. When balance is achieved, the face of the King is revealed.”

That “face” is the same inner vision described by the yogis and Hermetists, the unified consciousness that arises only through equilibrium.

Centuries later, the Christian mystic Jakob Böhme expressed it in his own alchemical language: “When the spirit pierces through the anguish of contrariety, it beholds with one eye the unity of God in all things. This eye is born in the midst of the combat of opposites.”

Across cultures, the message is consistent: illumination is not escape from tension but its reconciliation.

Mystics symbolized this process as the sacred marriage, the union of masculine and feminine within the self.

In alchemy, it is the King and Queen merging into the Androgyne, the Rebis.

In Kabbalah, it is the joining of Mercy and Severity in Tiferet.

In psychology, Carl Jung called it the coniunctio oppositorum, the conjunction of opposites, where the animus and anima integrate into the whole Self.

The idea is not about gender but about polarity.

Every human being contains active and receptive qualities, reason and emotion, light and shadow.

When one side suppresses the other, consciousness fragments.

When both are embraced and balanced, awareness expands.

This union births the “single eye” of the soul.

It is, symbolically, the fusion of divine masculine and feminine energies and, in the interpretation I am describing, the internal reconciliation of left and right hemispheres.

The person who reaches that balance becomes whole, creative, compassionate, and self-directed, a threat to any system built on fear and division.

This might also explain the universal symbolism of balance found in occult and religious art, the caduceus with its twin serpents crossing the staff, the cross itself as the meeting of vertical and horizontal, the yin-yang as the dance of opposites containing each other.

These are not just artistic motifs.

They are maps of consciousness.

They show that true illumination comes when the polar forces intertwine and rise, producing the still point in the center, the eye, the axis, the sushumna.

That point of balance is where perception becomes self-luminous.

It is why ancient temples and cathedrals were designed with symmetry and sacred geometry, to mirror this inner alignment.

The architecture of enlightenment was literally built into stone while the doctrine that explained it was hidden behind allegory.

If we step back and reinterpret this through the lens of modern neuroscience, something extraordinary emerges.

The ancient imagery of two currents meeting in the center mirrors the anatomy of the human brain.

The left hemisphere governs logic, language, and linear thought, the solar, masculine principle.

The right hemisphere governs intuition, spatial awareness, and creativity, the lunar, feminine principle.

These two halves are connected by the corpus callosum, the bridge through which they communicate.

In ordinary consciousness, one side tends to dominate, and perception alternates between analysis and emotion, order and chaos.

But in deep meditation, ecstatic trance, or states of flow, brain scans show a different pattern: both hemispheres begin to fire in synchronized rhythm.

This is called hemispheric coherence, a measurable state in which the brain operates as a single unified system.

When this happens, subjects report experiences such as timelessness, unity with environment, radiant light between the brows, and a sense of love without polarity.

What yogic texts call the merging of ida and pingala, neuroscience can describe in terms of communication and synchronization between different neural systems.

The collapse of duality may be experienced as a neurological event, one that occurs when different sides of the brain come into greater resonance through their connecting structures.

The third eye, in this model, is not merely an abstract symbol but a spiritual interpretation centered around the region of the pineal gland, that tiny organ situated near the center of the brain.

Ancient art placed the “eye of Horus” or “all-seeing eye” in a similar symbolic location for a reason.

The pineal, along with the thalamus and midbrain, is involved in circadian rhythms, dreaming, and aspects of altered states of awareness.

When energy or electrical coherence rises symmetrically through the nervous system, it can be experienced as though it converges at this center, creating a flash of integrated perception.

It is as if the two beams of consciousness cross and ignite a third, vertical current of light.

The experience feels like awakening because the brain itself is being experienced as a unified instrument.

Modern science is beginning to rediscover what the ancients knew intuitively.

Studies on long-term meditators reveal increases in gamma-band coherence across both hemispheres, corresponding with feelings of unity and compassion.

The nervous system quiets, the sense of self dissolves, and perception expands.

In these moments, the brain may be integrating processes that ordinarily feel divided.

The left hemisphere stops trying to name and categorize, while the right stops drowning in emotion and imagery.

Together they create a new form of intelligence, one that sees without judgment.

The result is similar to what is described in ancient mystical language: the eye becomes single, and the whole body is full of light.

When duality collapses, time itself feels different.

Linear sequencing gives way to cyclical awareness.

Past, present, and future seem to coexist.

This is not necessarily proof that time literally stops existing. It may instead be the nervous system operating outside its usual survival filters.

Good and evil can lose their absolute definitions because perception expands to include the total context.

Life and death can appear as alternating expressions of the same continuum.

In this state, consciousness experiences itself not merely as a localized observer but as the field from which observation arises.

That is what the Gnostics called the Pleroma, what yogis called Samadhi, what mystics called union with God.

It is the state of the third eye fully open, seeing all things as one.

And perhaps that is the greatest conspiracy of all, not that secret societies worship hidden gods, but that the secret they guard is human potential itself.

The knowledge that every person is capable of uniting their own opposites, awakening the eye of light, and perceiving reality directly, without filters.

Imagine what would happen if that awareness spread.

Ideological divisions would lose their power.

The need for external authority would dissolve.

Governments and corporations thrive on polarity because polarity fuels fear, and fear fuels control.

But when an individual begins to perceive through unity, fear vanishes.

Judgment transforms into understanding.

Violence becomes unnecessary.

The old systems lose their grip, not through revolution but through evolution.

Maybe that is what all the ancient teachers were really trying to tell us.

That the apocalypse is not the end of the world, but the unveiling of perception.

That heaven and hell are psychological conditions defined by whether we see through separation or through unity.

That the battle of light and darkness is an internal tension meant to be reconciled, not projected onto others.

And that enlightenment is not found by escaping the world, but by realizing that the world was never divided to begin with.

If that is true, then the third eye is not mystical ornamentation. It is the next step in human evolution.

It is the moment when our nervous system integrates its own polarity and the mind awakens as one.

We are on the brink of rediscovering what ancient initiates encoded in scripture, symbol, and temple: the truth that everything we have been taught to see as opposites are two expressions of the same reality waiting to reunite.

So perhaps the question is not whether the third eye exists, but why we have been taught to ignore it.

Why a civilization that prizes technological vision fears inner vision.

Why systems built on division would rather keep humanity half-awake, looking with only one hemisphere, than risk the awakening of both.

Because when both halves of the brain, both genders of soul, both sides of the cosmic equation finally meet in the center, the illusion of separation dissolves, and with it, the power of those who depend on it.

My Experience With the Third Eye

To open the third eye, remove fluoride from your intake, drink spring water, use fluoride free toothpaste, and use alternating nasal deep breathing, or just standard nasal deep breathing to open your third eye and sync and connect the two hemispheres of your brain for greater coherence, and when your third eye opens, even greater output.

It will take several months to a year or possibly longer depending on how calcified the pineal gland is.

Get a fluoride water filter, if you want to go all out right away, get a reverse osmosis system, you can also use gallon jugs or bottles of spring water but then there's the question of microplastics, so I would say, never leave the bottles in a hot car and make sure they're stored in a cool environment. So that you don't have plastic leeching as much into the water.

The ideal setup would be a reverse osmosis system and only drinking out of glass containers.

So, to meditate on opening your third eye, you can try 963 Hz pineal gland activation music, there's also hemi sync music from the Monroe institute, which is designed for syncing the left and right hemispheres of your brain.

If it starts to become uncomfortable to listen to at all, or you become fatigued, turn it off.

I would put in my earbuds and turn off my lights and lay down in my bed, and listen to the music and just breathe through my nose or try to relax, nasal deep breathing all the way to your diaphragm is very important as well because you draw in subtle energies that travel directly to your brain when you breathe in through your nose, as opposed to breathing through your mouth.

I would also suggest getting lions mane capsules and taking them everyday or night, I would take them at night.

Lion's mane is linked to neurogenesis, which is the reparation and regrowth of brain cells.

They can be a bit intense though, they don't give you any visuals or anything like that, but they put your brain into a kind of overdrive in a certain way, and I'm not sure if it was the lion's mane or if it was everything I was going through spiritually, mentally, and emotionally, but I feel like they did give me a very low level of anxiety a couple of times, nothing major, but I just wanted to warn you about that.

They're amazing though, and I will probably buy some very soon, I have been without them for a while.

When I did this all of this, my third eye opened, but it can take months or maybe even 1+ years, I'm not exactly sure how long it takes, it is likely different for everyone.

I want to say it took me about 3 months of continuous effort, and I took breaks where I didn't do anything related to opening my third eye directly, but really it was a series of lifelong events and hundreds of thousands of thoughts, if not millions during the course of my life, and a lot of intense thinking about conspiracies and the state of the world, which helped break me out of dualistic thinking patterns, and it all led up to that moment in my life.

I was also in the process of thinking about the nature of good and evil the night my third eye opened, and I wondered if evil could be looked at with love instead of hatred, and then I felt a pop or like a slight crunching or tearing sound and sensation, nothing painful at all it did not hurt, it was actually kind of relaxing, and I could feel fluid transferring from the left hemisphere of my brain to the right hemisphere, and the fluid was moving through the third eye like a bridge.

The next thought I had, which was probably 5 to 10 seconds after my third eye opened, was the fluid was transferring and I was just relaxing, was that I have been disconnected from my emotional self for most of my life.

Then, I saw a vivid and moving image of God and Satan dancing next to each other, I could explain a lot more about that, but that's just a rough summary of what happened.

Breaking out of the dualistic or binary thinking structure that is most of this world's system of illusory entrapment is an important aspect of spiritual awakening as well.

I also want to say that once you open your third eye, there's no going back, there is an incredible amount of high strangeness that you will deal with, if your experience is anything like mine.

I also wanna say that you may deal with demonic possession and you may have to be delivered by christians.

You may have thoughts of suicide.

Or of harming others and demons may push you to the brink of the thought experiments and they may influence your energy.

So you have to use discernment and be decisive and do things like move yourself away from harmful locations.

Another Perspective on the Third Eye

There's also another important aspect of opening the third eye in the west, but here in the west, they've flouridated our water supply.

So we have to remove fluoride from our intake entirely, and that also means from our toothpaste as well.

In addition, in the west, if you open your third eye and you're able to communicate with spirits and have abilities, that will all get pathologized by therapists and psychologists.

So, I would suggest not sharing any of it with them if you end up dealing with them at all.

Keep all your spiritual treasure safeguarded away from them at all costs, because basically what happens is they turn into agent smith and they crush what you say with a materialist reductionist perspective.

I also want to mention that if you try to go for help to the established avenues because you are suffering and need help, you're likely going to eventually deal with forced injections, police showing up at your house if you miss one, and overall a complete intrusion into your life, so it's honestly better to figure it out on your own if you can, or ask for help elsewhere.

If you share with mental health "professionals" they'll say you have schizoaffective disorder or something, and try to give you heavy antipsychotics, you don't want them messing with your brain chemistry.

Meanwhile, in a place like India, they have culture and language around the third eye and temples that you can go to for meditation, and have a different understanding of spiritual abilities, so depending on where you live, your experience with opening the third eye is going to be different.

I remember wishing that I lived in india when I was going through it and the only doctor that's ever recognized what I said about opening my third eye was an indian doctor, and she said that was very difficult to do.

And I imagine it would be different for everyone that achieves a third eye awakening, because each person is different with a different collection of information and knowledge and experiences that will all come to the surface when the third eye opens.

I had to sift through like 30 Idioms, when my third eye opened, it was really annoying, Spells within the english language that are designed to keep people from reaching enlightenment.

Anyways, I'm getting distracted a bit, I feel, so... to open the third eye.

You can either listen to hemisync music which I would not suggest, because it leaves a residual energy field that you'll have to deal with later even if you only listen to it for like a week, or you can do alternating nasal deep breathing, which is the yogic way, and I think it takes longer.

I only listened to hemi sync for like a week.

And I would say it left a negative energy signature even to this day.

So I would not suggest it.

Take the longer approach and do alternating nasal deep breathing.

What I did is just standard nasal deep breathing, because I didn't know about alternating nasal deep breathing at that time, and I would put my earbuds in and then turn the lights off and lay down in bed.

And then listen to 369 Hz. 963 Hz or 432 Hz meditation music.

I would also listen to pineal gland activation videos on youtube.

There is also solfreggio that you can listen to which I have heard works but I didn't test that myself.

Anyways, I would say it takes about 6 months to a year for your pineal gland to clear out of calcification and flouridation.

That number is just based on how long it took me to open my pineal gland so it could vary for each person.

And then you could theoretically be stuck in duality for years of your life before you finally break out of the dualistic thinking pattern.

Fluoride, Consciousness, and the World

If you want a piece of information, Grand Rapids Michigan was the first city to implement fluoridation of the water supply, and the telephone area code of Grand Rapids, Michigan is 616.

The interpretations of the Nag Hammadi texts particularly the Book of Revelation interprets the mark of the beast as being the number 666 or 616.

In my eyes, this was a coordinated attack from the principalities of the powers of the air, from Satan and/or the Demiurge and his demons, to crush consciousness and disconnect people from God and from higher levels of awareness to keep people in darkness and suffering in agony with shortened life spans, trapped in samsara.

There was a concerted effort by the principalities in the spirit realm to suppress people from higher levels of consciousness, so that they wouldn't be effective at being warriors on the battlefield in the spiritual war as well.

They did this by fluoridating the water supply and by miring people in dualistic political thinking patterns using the mass media outlets, steeping people in an us versus them mentality, which is a divide and conquer tactic of the mind.

In 2001, the same year as 9/11 doctor jennifer luke did a study where she confirmed that the pineal gland accumulates fluoride at a higher rate than any other soft tissue in the body.

Meanwhile, they had kids across America swishing fluoride solution in their mouth during class for supposed dental reasons.

But really, it was disconnecting them from their third eye, calcifying their pineal gland so that they wouldn't have a direct connection to source consciousness, and it also reduces their lifespan and disrupts sexual hormonal functioning, which may be one of the reasons why we're seeing a rise in transgender people.

That's another theory for another time though.

This is essentially top secret information that can turn you into a god and i dont know if i want to create gods unless they are tempered by wisdom.

Continuing though, with the third eye opening, you gain access to a wide variety of abilities when it opens, the ability to directly communicate with the spirit realm, although you already have that ability and probably just don't know it yet, enhanced neuro processing abilities where you can soak tons of information and then process it all at once in a split second.

Highly enhanced mental visualization abilities.

You can also gain access to healing abilities, and the ability to visually see your own timelines before you even take a step, and you may also become aware of time and that we are in a timeline, and have moments of deja vu, and a lot more, including more siddhis that you can research on your own.

How I Understand the Opening of the Third Eye

So, how do you open the third eye?

Well, Sadguru says there's two different ways.

One way is where the mind becomes a vacuum.

And there are no other thoughts, and the door blows inward and the third eye opens.

The other way is that you contain everything and everything you know and feel and think, and all of it has no expression to find out in the world.

So you contain everything.

And eventually the door blows open outward from the inside, and the third eye opens.

I did the second method by studying conspiracies and esoteric information over the course of fifteen to twenty years and having nowhere to talk about it.

Until one night, I was contemplating the nature of good and evil, and I asked the question of whether or not evil could be looked at with love and compassion, instead of hatred and disgust, and that's when my third eye opened, and I could feel energy transferring from the left hemisphere of my brain to the right.

And I got the sense that I had been disconnected from my emotional self for a long time.

And then I saw a vision of god and satan dancing next to each other, and immediately after the vision I deduced that people that are being labeled with schizophrenia are actually communicating with the spirit realm, and it was almost like I was meant to say that at that specific moment in time.

So I would say, expect to see visions if your third eye opens, and communicating with spirits.

Fasting, Endurance, and Spiritual Awareness

Then you might want to try a water fast for a day, but make sure you're mentally prepared for it first, and you study about it as well.

When you don't eat you enter into spirit mode, more and more, and I think that's why Jesus went 40 days and 40 nights without food in the wilderness, i think he just had a salt pouch, he was pushing himself to the highest level of spiritual awareness and mental and physical endurance and raising his qi levels to the highest level.

It is advised to drink water in smaller amounts because water is potent and it will flush out the salts in your system fast if you drink too much of it at once, but there's also liberty in drinking a full glass of water all at once if you feel you can handle it at the time instead of sipping.

Use your own discernment though.

When you're in the midst of a fast any intake is kind of amplified in a way.

Fasting is also linked to autophagy which clears out damaged or malfunctioning cells and repairs your body and organs, you'll also find your mind enters into survival mode, which can actually make your thoughts more sharp, but you can also get brain fog.

You will definitely need salt during your water fast, drinking too much water without salt, will demineralize your body, and you can end up in the hospital, with a very intense headache, or possibly even worse depending on the severity.

For the salt intake, you can remedy this with a literal drop of soy sauce or you can grind salt into your hand and just touch a tiny amount with your tongue, and see how you feel.

Be very gentle with this, and err on the side of a very tiny amount, less than you would ever think of using, and then see how you feel, and wait, and wait some more, seriously wait, and then potentially take in a tiny bit more salt.

I feel like that's generally enough salt for me, at least for a little while, I might do it three times, depending on how I feel, but no more than that, and I almost feel like that's a lot, so only do that if you really need the salt, but then sometimes you take in too much salt and you need water to counteract it which can be a vicious cycle that you don't want to get trapped in, make sure you endure what you're feeling, and wait until you have decided on. what you're doing

For a water fast you may have to eat small amounts as well, and if you've never experienced fasting, it can be a bit stressful on the heart, so make sure you gauge what you are comfortable with.

If you're just starting out, you can start with a 12-hour fast and do it the easy way first where you just don't eat 4 hours before bed.

If you decide to do it during the day, and you're starting to feel bad, it may be worth considering eating something.

It's also kind of dangerous for people who are diabetic to just water fast all of the sudden, the same thing applies if someone has heart problems, so I would actually recommend if someone is diabetic or dealing with heart issues, that they consult their doctor first, but when I did it I was relatively healhy, so I endured.

If it becomes too unbearable to not eat, then try to eat something more light, like a bowl of chicken noodle soup, and just try drinking the broth at first, or just try some kind of soup that's what I would recommend, but use your own discernment, you also want to try to push yourself to your limit, and see what you can handle, but you don't want to torture yourself, and definitely not hurt yourself, that's not good or helpful at all.

Be kind to yourself.

I also want to mention, that the longer you go without eating, the harder it is to eat something, your brain will think that you can eat the foods that you ate before and even in the same quantities, but that's just not the case after around 3 days of fasting.

I would suggest to start small when you begin eating again, but there's also freedom in just going for it and trying to eat what you enjoy, but you may get sick.

Worth an attempt though, gauge how you feel first though and then decide, I don't want you to hurt yourself.

Spiritual awakening is intense but also can be a gentle process if you have mercy on yourself.

Thought, Movement, and Mental Endurance

I would also encourage you to think way more and often, in fact so much so that you burn out all your electrolytes.

Don't be so hasty to eat and replenish your electrolytes if you are trying to think about a deep topic, you almost want to go into survival mode when processing complex information and to reach the deepest levels of thought.

Next walking helps the brain process information.

So pacing is helpful in thinking through a topic.

Also, if you ever feel stuck in something mentally or physically, if you are feeling ready and up for it, try moving.

Nothing major just a single step or a breath or an arm movement can break you out of a root.

The Warning

Last I want to include a disclaimer, and it's a major one, you will likely become a targeted individual if your third eye opens.

It's like the light turns on and all the moths, bugs, and parasites come out to play.

You will probably be attacked by demons, and they can do a whole array of things to someone psychologically that are not very fun.

People have gone insane from this and hurt themselves, so I want you to be aware of that before going in.

However, don't let fear guide your actions.

"If you want to be a bender, you have to let go of fear." - Avatar Aang

"You have to be willing to let it all go, Neo. Fear, doubt, and disbelief. Free your mind." - Morpheous

"I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain." - Paul Atredies - Frank Herbert's Dune

It's about you, it's about me, it's about hope, it's about dreams, it's about friends that work together, to claim their destiny.

It's about reaching for the sky, and having the courage and willing to try, it's about never giving up, so hold your head up, and we will carry on!

Love You,

Best Wishes,

Adam

Knowledge about the third eye

There was a concerted effort by the principalities in the spirit realm to suppress people from higher levels of consciousness, so that they wouldn't be effective at being warriors on the battlefield in the spiritual war.

Anyways, I wish you the best.

If you have any questions, I will do my best to answer.

My Theory: 1945 Was the Year the War Changed

This is my theory.

I don't expect everyone to agree with it, and I'm not claiming to have absolute proof. I'm simply connecting historical events, symbolism, spiritual traditions, and scientific observations in a way that, to me, forms a coherent picture.

I believe 1945 was one of the most important years in human history, not because World War II ended, but because the battlefield changed.

The defeat of Hitler marked the end of overt tyranny. Humanity looked at the horrors of fascism and believed evil had been defeated. My theory is that it wasn't defeated at all. It evolved.

Instead of ruling through military occupation and visible oppression, power shifted toward information warfare. Control became psychological instead of physical. Governments, intelligence agencies, media institutions, and other centers of influence gradually learned that controlling what people believe is more effective than controlling what they do. If you can shape perception, you rarely have to use force.

I see this as the beginning of what I call "tiptoe totalitarianism," a slow, incremental movement toward centralized control. Freedom isn't usually stolen overnight. It disappears one small compromise at a time. A crisis emerges. People demand security. New powers are introduced. Eventually those powers become permanent. Whether you call this the Hegelian Dialectic or simply the pattern of history, I believe we've watched it repeat itself for decades.

But another event happened in 1945 that, to me, is just as significant.

The Nag Hammadi texts were discovered in Egypt.

These Gnostic writings present a radically different understanding of reality. Rather than teaching that salvation comes through external authority, they point inward. They describe divine knowledge as something discovered through direct experience and awakened consciousness. My theory is that these texts resurfaced at precisely the moment humanity was entering a new phase of psychological and spiritual conflict.

Then there is a third event that occurred that same year.

Grand Rapids, Michigan became the first city in the world to fluoridate its public water supply.

Most people consider that a public health milestone. I see it differently.

My theory is that consciousness itself became the battlefield.

Throughout history, countless spiritual traditions have described the pineal gland, or the "third eye," as the seat of intuition, higher awareness, and direct spiritual perception. While modern neuroscience primarily studies its biological functions, I believe its role may extend beyond what current science has demonstrated.

One reason I think this deserves serious attention is Dr. Jennifer Luke's 2001 research showing that the human pineal gland accumulates fluoride at remarkably high concentrations compared with muscle tissue. That study did not conclude that fluoride suppresses consciousness, but it reinforced my belief that the pineal gland deserves far more scientific attention than it receives.

When I look at Michelangelo's Creation of Adam on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, I see another clue.

Adam sits upon the earth, reaching toward God. God is enclosed within what many people have recognized as the outline of the human brain. To me, that symbolism is extraordinary. More than that, I believe God's placement corresponds symbolically with the location of the pineal region, suggesting that the divine is encountered not somewhere outside ourselves, but within consciousness itself. Whether Michelangelo intended that message or not, it is the one I see.

If my theory is even partially correct, then protecting and cultivating consciousness becomes one of the most important responsibilities we have.

That is why I personally explore practices intended to expand awareness. Hemi-Sync audio from the Monroe Institute. Alternate-nostril yogic breathing. Meditation. Solfeggio frequencies such as 396 Hz, 528 Hz, and 963 Hz. Music tuned to 432 Hz. I don't claim these practices are proven to awaken the third eye, but I have found them meaningful enough to continue exploring.

For similar reasons, I personally choose to reduce my fluoride intake where practical by using fluoride-free toothpaste and drinking spring water. I also think we should be asking broader questions about environmental exposures, including microplastics and other substances that may affect long-term health and cognition.

Finally, I believe the seven deadly sins are far more than ancient moral teachings.

My theory is that they describe patterns that literally reshape the mind.

Every repeated action strengthens a neural pathway. Pride feeds ego. Greed reinforces scarcity. Lust conditions compulsion. Envy trains resentment. Gluttony weakens discipline. Wrath strengthens impulsive reactions. Sloth conditions stagnation. Over time these habits become deeply ingrained until they begin shaping identity itself.

In contrast, humility, generosity, temperance, patience, diligence, kindness, and love strengthen entirely different pathways—ones that move us toward freedom rather than bondage.

So my theory is ultimately very simple.

The greatest war is not being fought over land, money, or politics.

It is being fought over consciousness.

If consciousness can be distracted, manipulated, or disconnected from its highest potential, then everything else becomes easier to control.

Whether I'm right or wrong, these are the questions that continue to drive my search. I don't ask anyone to accept my conclusions. I only ask that people remain curious enough to investigate for themselves, question what they've been taught, and never lose the courage to think beyond the boundaries of conventional belief.

I spent 15 to 20 years studying conspiracies to try to find an answer to the global calamity and one day, I arrived at an answer, and it was a single word, gardening. AMA

Taking power back from the power "elites" by reducing our dependency on global systems.

Helping people to live long lives by having access to organic food.

Restarting bartering and trade in neighborhoods.

Strengthening community relationships through sharing.

These are just a few of the ways that gardening could help take back the world for the people.

Why So Many People Do Not Trust the Mental Health System: Because Some Went Looking for Help and Found Police, Locked Psychiatric Doors, Diagnostic Labels, Medication Pressure, Court Orders, and a Machine That Would Not Listen

There is a system in this country that punishes people for being vulnerable.

It does not always start with someone being suicidal.

Sometimes it starts with someone being overwhelmed. Sometimes it starts with a panic attack, a family conflict, a spiritual crisis, a bad day, a misunderstood statement, a moment of anger, exhaustion, grief, fear, or someone else deciding that your inner life is now a public safety issue.

A person can be in their own home, in their own room, or sitting somewhere alone trying to get through a hard moment. Maybe they are scared. Maybe they are overwhelmed. Maybe they are confused. Maybe they are just trying to survive the next hour. And if they make the mistake of calling for help, or letting the wrong person know they are struggling, the machinery can begin to move around them.

Maybe they reached out because they believed someone would listen.

Maybe someone called on them.

Maybe they said something that got interpreted in the most extreme way possible.

Maybe they were simply vulnerable in front of the wrong system.

And once that system gets involved, the person is no longer treated like a human being in pain. They are treated like a liability, a threat, a case, a risk category. What may have started as distress, confusion, grief, fear, anger, exhaustion, or spiritual crisis can become the doorway into police contact, medical labeling, psychiatric confinement, court pressure, and chemical control.

Then what happens?

The police get called.

The person gets frisked, handled, transported, and taken into a psychiatric facility, where they can be locked behind controlled doors, stripped of real autonomy, and processed through a machine that pretends it is compassionate while operating through force. They are told it is “for their safety,” but every step looks less like care and more like containment.

And once they are inside that psychiatric facility, what is actually offered?

Is it deep therapy?

Is it patient listening?

Is it meaningful spiritual care?

Is it trauma-informed human support?

Is it someone sitting with the person long enough to understand what actually happened?

From what many people describe, no. People can be sent through psychiatric facilities again and again, across an entire state, and still not receive real therapy inside them. They can be told that the facility does not offer therapy because they are supposed to be engaged with someone long-term after discharge, but that explanation falls apart when the facility is the place holding them during the crisis, labeling them, documenting them, medicating them, and preparing the record that may be used against them. If the facility has enough authority to confine a person, evaluate them, drug them, and help send them into a court order, then it cannot turn around and pretend that actual therapeutic care is somehow outside its responsibility.

That excuse is garbage.

Because if someone is locked inside a psychiatric facility during one of the most vulnerable periods of their life, that is exactly when they need someone to talk to. Not a checkbox. Not morning rounds. Not a five-minute interaction with someone already documenting them. Not a cold medication conversation. Real therapy. Real listening. Real human engagement. Someone who can sit with the person long enough to understand the story beneath the crisis.

But in these places, there often is no one to talk to in any meaningful way. So what happens?

The patients talk to each other.

The people trapped inside the facility become each other’s only real witnesses. They sit together in the suffering of the experience. They trade stories. They vent. They try to make sense of what is happening. They become each other’s informal support system because the official system that calls itself care is too busy observing, documenting, medicating, and managing bodies to actually meet people as human beings.

That alone exposes the lie.

If the most meaningful emotional support inside a psychiatric facility comes from other patients who are also trapped inside it, then what exactly is the facility providing besides containment?

What people describe is something closer to a warehouse. A place where human beings are contained, watched, fed, watered, put to sleep, and medicated. The outer language says “treatment,” but the lived reality can feel like storage and chemical management. You are kept alive, kept indoors, kept under observation, kept on schedule, and then told that this is care.

But keeping a person breathing inside a locked psychiatric facility is not the same thing as healing them.

Giving someone food, water, a bed, and so-called medication does not automatically mean their soul was heard, their trauma was understood, their crisis was treated with dignity, or their humanity was restored. It can become a containment model wearing a therapeutic costume.

And inside the psychiatric facility, the trap gets worse before any court process even happens.

Anger, fear, panic, and resistance are not treated as natural responses to being trapped. They are treated as management problems. A person can be terrified, humiliated, violated, locked behind controlled doors, threatened, and stripped of autonomy, but if they visibly react to that pressure, the system can reinterpret the reaction as danger.

Then the response is not listening.

It is not therapy.

It is not de-escalation.

It is not dignity.

It is force.

Staff can surround the person, overpower them, and inject them under the language of “safety” or “stabilization.” But from the person’s side, what is actually happening is that their body is being conquered because they dared to show a human reaction to being trapped inside a psychiatric facility.

That is the cruelty of the machine. It creates the conditions for panic and fury, then uses those reactions as permission to increase control. It turns human resistance into a medical pretext. It turns emotional survival into a doorway for chemical restraint.

And all of this can happen before the hearing.

Before the person has had a real chance to gather themselves.

Before the person has been able to explain what happened in their own words.

Before the person has even had the basic stability to appear like themselves.

Sometimes people go into these facilities and sleep for days. Sometimes they sleep for nearly a week straight. Sometimes they have not showered. Sometimes they may not even have had a real chance to shower, clean themselves up, gather their thoughts, organize their words, or look like themselves. They may be exhausted, sedated, disoriented, watched, controlled, humiliated, or simply worn down by the environment.

And then the system can use that too.

They can look at someone who has been confined in a psychiatric facility, isolated from normal life, thrown into an institutional environment, possibly medicated, possibly sleeping for days, possibly unable to shower or care for themselves normally, and then write down that the person appears disheveled.

As if that appeared from nowhere.

As if the facility did not help create the condition.

As if being locked in, watched, drugged, exhausted, stressed, and stripped of normal routine would not make almost anyone look worse than they normally do.

That is another part of the trap. The system can create the conditions, then cite the effects of those conditions as justification for more control. It can put someone in an environment where they are less able to advocate for themselves, then point to their appearance, exhaustion, confusion, fear, or distress as evidence that they need the very order the system already wanted.

Then comes the diagnostic label.

That label is one of the main keys to the whole machine. Once they attach one of their medical terms to you, it becomes the bridge between “this person is struggling” and “we now claim authority over this person’s body and mind.”

This is where language itself becomes part of the containment system. A diagnosis can sound neutral, scientific, and descriptive, but inside a coercive process it can function like a stamp of ownership. It does not simply say, “Here is what this person may be going through.” It can become the official lens through which every word, emotion, objection, silence, and survival response is interpreted from that point forward.

Once the label is attached, the person’s own explanation of their life starts losing authority. Their grief may no longer be treated as grief. Their spiritual crisis may no longer be treated as spiritual crisis. Their anger may no longer be treated as anger at being confined, searched, threatened, or chemically coerced. Their refusal may no longer be treated as a boundary. Their fear may no longer be treated as fear of the institution itself. Their exhaustion may no longer be treated as the result of being dragged through a hostile process.

Everything gets translated.

The person says, “I am scared,” and the system hears symptom.

The person says, “I do not consent,” and the system hears lack of insight.

The person says, “You are hurting me,” and the system hears agitation.

The person says, “This is violating,” and the system hears paranoia, instability, or noncompliance.

The diagnosis becomes a closed interpretive loop. Anything that contradicts the system can be fed back into the label. If the person accepts the label, the system says they are improving. If the person rejects the label, the system says that rejection proves the label. If the person objects to the medication, the objection becomes part of the reason to medicate them. If the person becomes angry at being trapped, the anger becomes part of the evidence that they need control.

That is why the label is so powerful. It does not just describe behavior. It changes who is allowed to define reality.

Before the label, the person is someone with a story. After the label, they can be reduced to a category. Their history becomes symptoms. Their beliefs become clinical material. Their spiritual experiences become pathology. Their pain becomes paperwork. Their body becomes a treatment site. Their mind becomes something the institution claims the right to manage.

And once that label enters the record, it can follow them. It can appear in paperwork, hearings, treatment plans, insurance records, facility notes, and future encounters with the system. It can become the first thing professionals see before they ever meet the actual person. Instead of encountering a human being directly, they encounter a file, a diagnosis, a risk profile, and a preloaded assumption about what the person is.

That is not just medicine.

That is social control through terminology.

Because whoever controls the label often controls the response. If your suffering is called grief, people may comfort you. If it is called trauma, people may listen. If it is called spiritual crisis, people may sit with the mystery of it. But if it is called a disorder inside a coercive institution, suddenly the answer can become confinement, surveillance, court orders, forced compliance, and medication.

But the word “treatment” is doing a lot of work there.

When a diagnosis is produced inside a coercive environment, then used to justify forced medication, the label is not just a description. It becomes a weaponized category. It turns a suffering person into a managed subject. It converts distress into paperwork, paperwork into authority, and authority into chemical control.

And the so-called medication becomes the centerpiece.

Not therapy.

Not real conversation.

Not healing.

Medication.

Chemical intervention is placed at the center of the process, as if the deepest answer to human despair, terror, rage, grief, spiritual crisis, or trauma is to alter the person’s brain chemistry until they are easier to manage. The clinical language makes it sound clean, but from the person’s side it can feel like poison wearing a medical mask. A substance that enters the body under authority, dulls the mind, flattens the spirit, changes the emotions, and then gets described as “care” because the system has the power to define its own violence as treatment.

Then comes the court process, except even that phrase can make it sound more formal and fair than it actually feels.

A lot of these hearings do not happen in some neutral courtroom where the person arrives prepared, rested, clean, represented, and truly ready to speak. They can happen inside the psychiatric facility itself, after the person has already been confined, watched, possibly medicated, sleep-disrupted, disoriented, humiliated, or left in a state where they are barely functioning.

By the time the hearing happens, the person may already have been through the whole institutional pressure chamber.

They may have been searched.

They may have been watched.

They may have been threatened.

They may have been surrounded by staff.

They may have been injected.

They may have slept for days.

They may not have showered.

They may not have been offered meaningful therapy.

They may not have had anyone actually listen to them.

Then they are brought into a hearing environment inside the very system that has already taken control over them.

And even the so-called attempts to “talk” to the person can be turned into evidence.

A doctor from the facility can come into the hearing and say something like, “I tried to speak with him every morning, but he was not interested in talking.”

On paper, that sounds like noncooperation.

In the room, it sounds like evidence.

But what actually happened?

Maybe the person has a nighttime sleep schedule. Maybe they are used to being awake at night and sleeping until noon. Maybe mornings are the worst possible time to approach them. Maybe they are exhausted from the facility, sedated, overwhelmed, traumatized, or simply trying to sleep after being thrown into a locked psychiatric environment. Maybe the doctor came in at 9 a.m., bothered them while they were asleep, got no useful conversation, and then later framed that as refusal, avoidance, lack of engagement, or noncompliance.

That is not a serious attempt to understand someone.

That is a setup.

If someone truly wanted to understand the person, they would ask when the person is actually awake, coherent, grounded, and able to talk. They would make a real effort to meet the person as a human being, not just check a box during morning rounds. But instead, the facility can create a paper trail that says, “We tried. He would not engage.” Then that paper trail gets carried into the hearing like proof.

Proof of what?

That someone sleeping in a psychiatric facility did not want to perform clarity on command at the exact hour the institution chose?

That someone under stress did not want to bare their soul to a doctor who may already have power over their confinement and medication?

That someone trapped inside the system did not trust the people documenting them?

That is the trick. The institution controls the schedule, the environment, the framing, the record, and the interpretation. Then it treats the person’s failure to cooperate with that setup as evidence against them.

They call it a hearing, but how much does the person’s voice actually matter once the machinery is already moving?

The person may technically be allowed to speak, but being “allowed to speak” is not the same thing as being heard. They might give you thirty seconds, maybe a minute, just enough to create the appearance that your voice was included. But they do not actually sit with what you said. They do not unpack it. They do not ask real questions. They do not follow the thread of your experience. They do not meaningfully examine whether the process itself created the fear, rage, confusion, exhaustion, dishevelment, or desperation they are now using as justification.

They just move forward.

The machine launches into its hearing.

The language is already prepared. The assumptions are already in place. The professionals already have their terminology. The paperwork already has its direction. The facility doctors come in with their reports. The person at the center of it all becomes almost ceremonial, like their presence is required for the performance, but their actual words are not allowed to interrupt the machinery.

That is not listening.

That is procedural theater.

The setting itself is stacked against them. The person is expected to explain themselves calmly after police contact, confinement in a psychiatric facility, humiliation, fear, sleep disruption, surveillance, diagnostic labeling, institutional pressure, medication threats, and possibly days of sleeping or being unable to properly care for themselves.

And this is where the trap becomes especially obvious. The system does not look at the whole context. It does not seriously ask, “What did this environment do to this person?” It does not ask whether their fear came from being locked inside a psychiatric facility, whether their anger came from being threatened with forced medication, whether their confusion came from exhaustion or sedation, whether their appearance came from being unable to live a normal routine, whether their silence came from distrust, or whether their so-called refusal to talk came from the facility approaching them at the wrong time and then framing sleep as noncompliance.

Instead, it strips those reactions away from the situation that produced them and treats them like they belong entirely to the person.

That is the trick.

The institution creates a pressure chamber, then pretends the pressure had nothing to do with the reaction. It takes behavior that may be completely understandable in context and presents it as proof of internal defect. A person is not seen as someone responding to force, confinement, surveillance, humiliation, disrupted sleep, medication pressure, and fear. They are seen as a bundle of symptoms. Once that happens, the system can convert almost anything into support for its own conclusion. The person’s words, silence, appearance, exhaustion, sleep schedule, emotion, anger, numbness, confusion, distrust, or refusal can all be interpreted through the same prewritten frame.

That is not a neutral hearing.

That is a trap door with legal language around it.

A vulnerable person gets pulled into the system, and the system creates the conditions that make them look unstable. Police involvement, psychiatric confinement, forced evaluation, sleep disruption, humiliation, legal intimidation, diagnostic labeling, institutional pressure, lack of normal self-care, and the threat of medication all happen first. Then the person is expected to appear calm, clean, compliant, grateful, articulate, awake on command, and perfectly composed in front of the same apparatus that just took power over their body and life.

And even if they do speak clearly, it may not matter.

Because the point is not always to understand them.

The point is to process them.

That is the smoking gun they manufacture.

They create the pressure chamber, then blame the person for reacting to pressure. They corner someone, strip them of dignity, put them in front of authority figures, surround them with medical terminology, give them a token moment to speak, judge their appearance after institutional confinement, judge their sleep as refusal, judge their distrust as noncompliance, and then act like the hearing was fair because the person’s mouth moved before the machine continued.

And then the system can move fast.

A person can be pulled into a psychiatric facility, processed, labeled, brought through a facility-based hearing, placed under a court order, and then discharged not long after. Sometimes it can feel like the facility did not exist to heal anything at all. It existed to create the record, secure the order, establish the diagnosis, justify the medication, and send the person back out under a longer leash.

So even if they leave the building, the machine follows them.

Let’s stop pretending coerced medication is the same thing as healing. Consent under threat is not real consent. When someone is told, directly or indirectly, that refusal can lead to worse consequences, that is not medical freedom. That is chemical control with paperwork.

These drugs are not harmless. Antipsychotics and psychiatric medications can come with serious risks: movement disorders, akathisia, emotional blunting, sexual dysfunction, metabolic damage, hormonal disruption, cognitive dulling, withdrawal effects, and dependence. People know this. Studies know this. Labels know this. But when the state gets involved, the person being drugged is often treated like their objections are symptoms rather than warnings.

That is the most sinister part.

The system puts someone in an impossible position, gives them almost no meaningful space to speak, refuses to truly engage with what they say, judges them under conditions the system helped create, then interprets their survival responses as proof that the system was right.

Compliance is called progress.

Resistance is called lack of insight.

Fury is called instability.

Numbness is called improvement.

Exhaustion is called dysfunction.

Dishevelment is called evidence.

Sleeping through morning rounds is called refusal.

Distrust is called noncompliance.

Harm is reduced to side effects.

Withdrawal is framed as relapse.

Every path leads back to the machine.

And then the system follows the person out.

Even if they leave the psychiatric facility, they may not be free. Now there may be a court order. Appointments. Mandatory treatment. Threats of being sent back. The constant knowledge that refusal can be documented, punished, or used as proof that they need more control.

So now the person who may have started in their own home, trying to survive a hard moment, is caught in a pipeline.

Home.

Crisis.

Police.

Search.

Transport.

Psychiatric facility.

Containment.

Diagnosis.

Facility-based hearing.

Court order.

Discharge.

Mandatory treatment.

Forced compliance.

More documentation.

More control.

And they call this care.

But where was the care?

Where was the therapy?

Where was the listening?

Where was the human being who actually wanted to understand?

Where was the place for grief, spirit, trauma, exhaustion, fear, poverty, abuse, isolation, or the unbearable weight of being alive in a sick society?

Too often, the person finds no real healing there. They find a psychiatric warehouse with locked doors. They find food, water, sleep, observation, paperwork, and medication. They find a system built less around understanding the soul and more around managing the body.

And behind all of this is money. Insurance billing, facility funding, pharmaceutical profit, court-mandated treatment pipelines, institutional incentives, and endless bureaucratic justification. Whether every person inside the system consciously understands what they are participating in or not, the structure itself rewards control, compliance, medication, documentation, chemical restraint, and repeat captivity.

This is why so many people do not trust the mental health system.

Not because they are “anti-help.”

Because they went looking for help, or got reported as needing help, or were caught in one vulnerable moment, and found police, locked psychiatric doors, forced hearings inside psychiatric facilities, diagnostic labels, warehouse-style facilities, chemical restraints, threats, billing codes, and a system that treated their body like state property.

A humane society would respond to distress with dignity, shelter, food, patience, spiritual care, community, rest, therapy, and actual listening.

This system responds with police, paperwork, psychiatric confinement, diagnoses, staff force, injections, threats, and billing codes.

That is not healing.

That is containment dressed in therapeutic language.

That is a coercive pipeline wearing a clinical mask.

And people need to start saying it plainly.

...

TL;DR: The post argues that the mental health system can trap vulnerable people by turning a moment of distress into police involvement, psychiatric confinement, diagnosis, forced medication, facility-based hearings, court orders, and long-term control. It says psychiatric facilities often function less like places of healing and more like warehouses where people are watched, fed, medicated, and documented, while patients end up supporting each other because real therapy is not meaningfully offered.

It also argues that diagnoses can become tools of authority, where fear, anger, refusal, exhaustion, distrust, spiritual crisis, or trauma are translated into symptoms and used to justify more control. The post criticizes how hearings inside facilities may treat a person’s appearance, sleep schedule, silence, or distrust as evidence against them, even when the facility helped create those conditions. The core message is that the system calls this care, but from the inside it can feel like containment, chemical coercion, and a pipeline wearing therapeutic language.
