Some signatures are less visible than others but when there’s a crowd of a hundred people and you have more than two or three items to get signed... You don't really have time to tell them the best spot or which color to use.
I can buy a house near a lake tomorrow. At first, my girlfriend and I were just excited about buying it because it's everything we've ever dreamed of. Then, my girlfriend started to get really worried about our children, ages 18 months and 3. I absolutely have to buy it tomorrow, otherwise it will be sold to someone else. I really want the house at all costs, but my children's health and the stress of having to constantly supervise them 24/7 is making me anxious. The house is very close to the water, and my daughter doesn't always listen. She runs away when you want her to come to you, thinking everything in life is a game. I was simply looking for advice to help me make a decision. I hope many of you will respond.
