Is it dumb to buy a 2022 LE with 104k

Hi! Im considering purchasing a 2022 LE with 104k. The car has an excellent maintenance history on Carfax, no accidents and one owner. Is it dumb to buy a car with that many miles on it? I do drive a lot. Mostly city. Taking kids to school, practice, grocery store runs. With that I drive about 14k per year.

FSA and medical leave

I have an FSA account that I contribute the max amount into every month via withhold from my paycheck. If I go on medical leave for a few months what happens? Do I still contribute the monthly amount with my disability? Or does it go on hold?
