Have y’all tried the recipe on the side of the Caputo flour? It seems pretty simple and if it works that’ll be life changing! But I’m also willing to get the extra ingredients and try a recipe y’all recommend.
I made a lemon+honey+mango cake that was gluten and dairy free for my partners birthday since our best friend is allergic to both. https://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/gluten-free-dairy-free-cake/ (subbed oat flour for the almond flour, didn’t have the butter oil, and used krusteaz gluten free blend and cocojune yoghurt) was the base and I added lemon juice and zest. I made df honey vanilla buttercream and a mango custard, macerated mangos and more honey on top. It was beautiful, tasted like a fully gluten cake, and stayed for 3 days in the fridge before the party like a DREAM. No collapsing and no drying out.
