We saw A-60 with a desing change and A-90 with a different mechanic so I think we might see A-120 too

So in this last episode we see 5 demons attack this place and while attacking they infect the people. But did you realise that the people they infect doesn't really look like them? When they get infected they don't even sing and they look smaller and act like brainless zombies. And when one of them was getting infected the red shirted demon uses only his hands,normaly his face would get red from the blood and their face would melt but while infecting them they only use their hands. So my theory is the red shirted demon and the others only infects people that are important especialy the ones that are related to the goverment. While they only make "zombie,slave" like creatures from these humans do you think it makes sense? What do you think?
