My Samsung T7 is acting weird

I recently purchased a Samsung t7 and it was acting perfectly fine for the first few days but now I am noticing a few weird things. Most noticeably, it seems to disconnect whenever I launch games on it which are more on the demanding side e.g. Diablo 4 but should still run perfectly on a t7. I checked the drives performance on CrystalDisk9 but it keeps giving me very inconsistent results. Sometimes I get 1000mbs write/read speed and sometimes I get 50 and other very different numbers. However, the drive installs games perfectly and fast and runs most games perfectly (except path of exile and diablo). Secondly, it does seem to get quite hot quite fast. Another thing which confuses me (I'm not a tech person at all so sorry if this doesn’t make sense) but I have checked that my motherboard doesn’t have any 10gbps (USB 3.1) and have confirmed that to be true with the official website where my motherboard is from. However, I don't then know how I am reaching 1000mbs in the first place. Does anyone know anything I can do to make sure my T7 doesn't disconnect when running games like ARPGs?

Things I have tried already:
Turning on Better Performance mode
Updated the drive on Samsung Magician
Connected it to different cables and ports
Cleared Cache

Thank you

Which YES Live Blu-Ray to buy?

I want to get into YES' Live performances on Blu-Ray. I know they are available online but I am more of a physical media person, especially since I have dolby audio at home. Which one is a good place to start/best to watch? Live at the Apollo, Montreux, Bristol, Philadelphia, House of the Blues or 90125 (Canada I think)? Or are there any others that are work buying? Thanks

Samsung T7 keeps disconnecting

I recently purchased a standard Samsung SSD T7, it has been working fine for the first few days of owning it but recently it keeps disconnecting for a split second every like 3 minutes. This means I am constantly having to press the retry button on steam when im downloading a game. The read/writing speed is around 1000mbs and I have tried different cables, updating the firmware, changing the policy via disk management but all to no avail. Is there something else I can do? I have a 5 year warranty on it so im not in a rush to send it back especially since the extra 1tb is very helpful. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
