How Does a Thermocouple Actually Work?!

For anyone who is new to the industry, I hear a lot of non-engineer (and some engineers) folks not quite understanding the working principles of some common instruments.

To help newcomers to the industry, I've created a Substack where I will begin publishing short but informative articles explaining various topics in regard to process instruments.

Genuinely hope this can help people!

Fun Question: For the new folks, what are you currently missing in your training? Which topics are still unclear?

Again, I am just curious about this as I feel it's an exciting time in the industry, but feel as though the industry is underprepared to actually train a new generation of I&C techs, sales engineers, etc.

Or maybe I'm wrong? Anyone disagree?
