To help newcomers to the industry, I've created a Substack where I will begin publishing short but informative articles explaining various topics in regard to process instruments.

Genuinely hope this can help people!

Again, I am just curious about this as I feel it's an exciting time in the industry, but feel as though the industry is underprepared to actually train a new generation of I&C techs, sales engineers, etc.

Or maybe I'm wrong? Anyone disagree?
