I know all the modes but don’t know how to make it pump air into my bike middle button no use

I have this “hat clip”, and I’ve seen this style of clip before.

But in the ones I’ve seen before, there’s normally a top piece that acts as a sort of lever to open the clamping part (kind of like nail clippers).

I can’t see anything like this on this clip-how does this work?

See pictures, the coin mechanism is missing. The coin solenoid works, the coin chute/diverter piece engages when the machine is on, the black rectangular piece with the small wire arm causes a ding noise when pressed down (the “you’ve deposited a coin” noise), the reels jiggle at the bottom of when the arm is pulled down all the way and can be moved manually, the arm gets stuck when pulled down all the way but can be released when I press down on the locking plate next to the arm. The lights work, there is a loud AC sounding buzzing when the door is open after we press on the black rectangle coin wire part.

There is a small vent in my bathroom, but nothing happens when I turn on the switch beside the light that would traditionally turn on the bathroom fan. I submitted a maintenance request and the property company told me that the fan should be on a timer that might be in a closet. Lo and behold, I found this in our hall closet. I cannot, however, seem to get it to do anything, even in the on position. How do I use this thing to start my bathroom fan?

I’ve tried several different bulb sizes. It has a C type charging port that I’ve charged until it’s green, but it doesn’t turn on while plugged in or otherwise. The small circle on top of the base is only decorative.

Bought at a resale shop. Seem like there's a way it's meant to be able to roll itself up, but I think maybe it's not "strung" properly?

Unfortunately there were no instructions in the box and the outside label said it was a laundry bag? (From Amazon) I assumed it worked just like a syringe, but I can’t pull it up? Not sure what the tube , metal bit and other bits are for? I just want to take the old oil out of my generator

Ive been wanting them but idk how to use them and also can someone tell me where to buy one
