So, been using Bazzite for two days and so far, so good, I like it. Except I've been hitting a snag when trying to get Doomrunner to work. I get hit with this error:

I've pointed the program to UZDoom:

Inside the Doom Wads folder, I got folders to organize all the wads I got. I'm thinking that's where I hit a snag, I'm new to Linux so I'm not sure what kind of mistake I made here, I'd be grateful for some help.
Sooo, after years of snubbing Linux because it seemed like such a pain to use, I gave Bazzite a try using Hyper-V, I made a little virtual machine and played around and it seems much, much friendlier than Linux always seemed. So I'm thinking of dual-booting just in case I end up not liking it and decide to stick with Windows. I'm a bit on the fence because of a few things:
1: From a quick Google search, I learned that apparently Nvidia doesn't play well with Linux and I got other priorities than to upgrade my RTX 3080 to an AMD card. Just how bad can it be and are problems generally very hard to deal with? Would I be better off waiting to get an AMD card before bothering with Bazzite?
2: I got a 500GB SSD with Windows on it, a 1TB NVME I use to install games and I got a 2TB drive for storage. I wonder, can I install apps and games from both Windows and Bazzite on the 1TB drive? Aside from games, I occasionally use some apps like Photoshop and I'd rather stick to what I already know rather than switch to GIMP. Mind you, it's only occasionally, for personnal projects. I'm a bit wary of having to completely have to commit my NVME to Bazzite so I wanna know if both OSes can use it without issue.
Alternatively, can I just partition half of it so Bazzite can use it and leave the other half to use with Windows?
I'm on desktop, by the way, running on an AMD CPU.
EDIT: Just to be clear, I'm thinking of installing Bazzite next to Windows 11 on the 500GB SSD and use the NVME for apps and games like I'm already doing. I'm just not sure if both OSes can install apps on the same secondary drive.
