Made a guide on solving Emerald even with the worst RNG possible
In my guide I show how to guarantee a hardcore nuzlocke with at least 99% probability EVEN with absolutely horrible RNG and using guaranteed encounters.

Ruleset:
-0 EV'S/IV'S every stat
-Mostly use mons that are guaranteed
-NO Setup
-Neutral natures only
TL:DR- The only fights with any kind of risk are Watson, Norman (to a lesser extent), and Elite 4, and they are like 1% failure rate at the very worst case scenario. EVERYTHING else is virtually 100% guaranteeable
