A worry I have with doing the dlcs early is that I worry that it will make me overlevelled for a good section of the game, but I can also get encounters through the dlcs. How do yall handle it?

After losing only Machamp up until the Cynthia fight on my first run, and accidentally loading an old save file on my second run I am now back at the Pokémon League on my third run.
I have a pretty stacked team right now: Gyarados, Infernape, Staraptor, Garchomp, Mamoswine, Weavile.
I have a couple of questions:
Moveset suggestions?
Lucian's Bronzong and Cynthia's Milotic is gonna be annoying. How to deal with them?
Any changes you'd make to my team?
I've pre-calculated the fights and most of them are gonna be a piece of cake, Cynthia is gonna be a bit annoying though.

Started playing Soulgold v1.0.4.3 earlier today with some soft nuzlocke rules (only first encounter each route can be caught obviously being one of them) Just entered union cave, first encounter was a Geodude (which contrary to my childhood Pokemon knowledge don’t always have sturdy as an ability) that fainted one shot to a water gun.
AND THEN, third encounter a shiny Lv11✨Geodude✨
First thought: obviously I’m catching this, it’s a shiny there is no way I am not taking this on the journey with me. SWEET.
….AND THEN literally the next encounter (and obviously also caught) a shiny Lv10 ✨Zubat✨
I cannot stress this enough I have not accessed “cheat codes” on the emulator I am running and wasn’t even aware that there was an option for that until I rang my brother and was informed this was a function. Unless there is a bug in this rom I have just hit GENUINE back to back encounter shinys. I’ve ran around and had in excess of 20 encounters since still in union cave without further shinys.

We're paired with Marley, who specializes in fast Pokemon. My strategy for this battle is to use my dry skin mons to bait kills from both sides' coverage moves into my tanks, and use my tanks to bait rain boosted water moves into my dry skin mons. Marley obliges by popping tf off. I'm very grateful to SHF for making the tag partners functional trainers for this split.
We end up losing toxicroak, but that's okay by me. Gastrodon is way more useful in the endgame as toxicroak's offense really falls off by this point.
My item bag is full of rare candies while also have my hundreds in my medicine bag. Can’t seem to get rid of any of these so it looks like an unfortunate restart

The title kind of says it all. I want to do my first ever iron man or nuzlocke but I want to know what would be the absolute hardest to do first try so I can post it on YouTube and prove that I’m built different. I’m not a streamer so idk how to prove it if I did it yet but I’m working on it.
I was just posting here to see which would be the hardest challenge and on what rom hack to complete that would be a huge underdog shocker.
Any advice would be great.

So I'm Nuzlocking my Brilliant Diamond I just beat Roark no deaths all good. Now my team Currently

Leviathan: Male level 11 Magikarp caught in Twinleaf Town
Thorn: Female level 15 Budew caught on 204
Tai Thai: Male level 15 starter Monferno
Harpy: Female level 11 Starly caught on 201
Necrolai: Female level 9 Zubat caught in Oreburgh Gate
I left Harpy, and Necrolai in the PC for the Roark fight I used the rest of my team plus Conan: Male level 14 Machop. To beat Roark.
So I swapped out Conan for Harpy and Necrolai and went to the second floof of the Oreburgh Gate to grind up Necrolai and Harpy to level 14 with the rest of the team. (Wizard for trainer battles I send him in first and teleport out, and Leviathan is just sitting in the back getting Exp passively)
So I run into a Psyduck I have Wizard Teleport into Necrolai have her use absorb doesn't do much. Have her use it again. The pysduck goes first uses Confusion and gets Necrolai down to 9hp in the yellow and I'm like ok ill swap put to Thorn after this turn. But the Confusion confused Necrolai and she hit herself in Confusion and died.
So yeah that was fun.
Final team for the League! Only had two losses and both were to Cynthia. Moby the Gyrados and Palindrome the Flareon.

I'm doing a nuzlocke a Silver, and Falkner was a shockingly difficult fight, considering how clowned on he is. I think this is because his Pidgeotto knows Mud-Slap in gen 2, meaning that Geodude can't wall it (or accurately land hits). I had to sacrifice 2 mons (Sentret and Kakuna) to make it out. Has anybody else had this experience?
As the title implies, I want to begin my first ever nuzlocke. I’ve played pokemon my whole life and I’ve never really committed to a nuzlocke but I want to finally jump in the deep end.
Any thoughts on which game I should start with?
Lucario dies so easily and just leaves your team to get 2 vs 1 the entire time. Lost gastrodon and Luxray dammit.
I've gained a lot of respect for the Fearow line after my Fire Red run. I took it to the elite 4, and it was genuinely a carry for my team in some fights (RIP Peckpeck, you died a hero). I'm using it in a run of Silver now, and I've really grown to like the Pokémon because of the role it played on my teams.
Also shoutout to Maggie the Magneton, it was going to die but survived Charizard's Fire Spin on like 3 HP to get the KO. I would have won anyway, but it was a really cool anime-like moment.
Pokémon that seem like they would be good in a nuzlocke, but they aren’t up to par with other encounters. I mostly mean in vanilla games. I’ve seen rom hacks make terrible Pokémon very usable.
Nuzlocking Pokémon has made me hate the Pidgey line. It genuinely does nothing. Every other Normal/Flying type outshines it in FRLG, even Farfetch’d. Compare this to other generations where the early bird is worth a team slot, ex. Swellow, Staraptor, Corviknight.
Lombre is honestly terrible. Stones in Emerald aren’t until after Tate and Liza. You end up stuck with a weak middle stage until after level 42. This is personal, but I wiped to the Champion’s final Pokémon in Recharged Emerald and I honestly blame my Ludicolo. It was so weak. The only thing it did good was wall most Water types.
one question, the lvl cap is 33, can I use my dusclops lvl 32 against pokemon lvl 26
