Greenghost is the best of the 3 but even then she is very non combative and since shes a new hero prone to emotions. Nolan completey nuetralized his biggest nuisance because she went to catch a corpse A CORPSE.
OG greenghost seemed level headed and a more direct combatant compared to her.
War woman 2 is part of the order and definetly a villain compared to the goat war woman

And its a natural part of its cycle so evolving should be natural.
I think with how charmander after evolution is the main reason bulbasaur refused to evolve
