When Garnet unfuses, what happens to all the Gems in her room?
We know that Garnet's room is the room where they hold all of the bubbled Gems, and we know that it is created through both of Ruby and Sapphire's rooms.
However, we also know from the Sardonyx and Smoky episode that a fusion's room only exists when the fusion exists. So, when Ruby and Sapphire unfuse in episodes like Jail Break, Keystone Motel, and Hit The Diamond, what happens to all the Gems inside of Garnet's room?
It’s taken me until just now to realise Pearl is storage
I started watching this show when there was only a few episodes aired. I was intensely into the tumblr fandom with all the analysis and theories as it was coming out. And only just realised one of pearls powers is literally to store things lol. Peridot said pearls “hold your things”. I’m watching a single pale rose for the millions time where she’s pulling out stuff looking for her phone and I realised I don’t think I’ve seen any other gem taking anything in and out other then their weapon. This isn’t super interesting, I just found it kinda amusing and silly that she’s like a walking storage box and I only just realised lol
Honestly in some ways being bubbled is just as terrifying as being shattered
Imagine being poofed, bubbled, then forgotten about for thousands of years or even forever. Atleast when you’re shattered you get the sweet release of death. Someone could poof you bubble you then hide you away where no one in the observable universe could ever find me I mean Jesus Christ bismuth was hidden inside of a pocket dimension for thousands of years and wouldn’t have been freed if Steven didn’t accidentally stumble upon her.
The Cluster hopes you’re having a good day.
That’s all.
When you realize Greg’s parents were right in a way
I get that his parents were strict with him, but their strictness is what prevented Greg from experiencing the trauma Steven had experienced. Greg is a mix between a good and bad father. I can theorize that their strictness might have been influenced by someone they knew who fell with the wrong crowd or Greg’s parents themselves were with the wrong crowd. As Greg gave Steven too much freedom he didn’t really show much concern for Steven’s mental and physical well being after getting injured by Jasper, watching Pearl die, letting him join dangerous missions, and basically never let him be a normal kid.
I feel like nobody took into consideration that Steven was a kid and in a way took advantage of Steven’s curiosity since he was allowed to witness so much stuff that no kid his age at the time should have been facing. I wonder if Greg self reflected and did a comparison on his parents being strict to realize that they prevented him from experiencing trouble that could have impacted Greg in a negative way mentally and physical like with how Steven experienced as he basically grew up without much social skills in terms of human normality.
Just a kindly reminder that gems are not all women.

does anyone else get a liminal or disturbed feeling from the vibe of season 1?
i just finished watching the main series + movie with my boyfriend and we’re halfway through future right now. he says hes always felt comfortable in that liminal/light vibe of season 1, and i like it too! but it also fills me with a sense of looming dread that i cant quite explain.
its a lot like omori, or in ddlc before the game resets, or in corpse party before they perform the ritual, or maybe hylics.
the “vibe” to me feels like im a kid and my babysitter or mom is taking me on a fun beach trip/mall trip to distract me from a divorce or terminal illness that she thinks im too young to understand but im just pretending to not know so i dont worry her and we can just ignore it for a day. it feels like procrastinating all day even though youre getting kicked out of the house tomorrow.
sorry if those are kind of weird examples, but does anyone else relate to that feeling a sort of liminal dread or looming sadness in season one? or know why?

Jaspink
I ship jasper and pink diamond (very 2017 ik) so I drew it
The image refinement doesn't seem very good, so I added some details.
Crackfusion: Pink Coral
Inspired by the Hindu goddess Lakshmi since Padparadshas are Indian in origin and name.
Instead of walking, she floats in her Lotus pedestal 2 inches above the ground.

Rupture Point AU: Today, I’m introducing Rosyn Pearl! (Yes, this is our Pearl)
Pearl was completely absolved of any blame upon arriving in Homeworld. In fact, she was warmly welcomed for having remained loyal to her Diamond until the very end. Because of that, she was assigned to assist Rosyn.
Even so, she carries the crushing weight of guilt. Not only because of the enormous secret she was forced to keep for Pink Diamond for so long, but also because she had failed to protect Steven. The realization that Rose was truly gone forever, and that Steven was dead, was almost more than she could bear.
Then Rosyn appeared.
Pink had told her about him once. About how White kept him trapped inside a bubble, isolated from the world for being considered “off-color.”
When Pearl finally met him, she found someone small, lost, and utterly disconnected from everything around him. Just as out of place as she was herself. And in that very moment, she made a decision: she would take care of him. She would do everything in her power to help him survive that cold, cruel, oppressive world.
Today, Rosyn has grown.
Tall and imposing, he has become everything one would expect from a true Diamond.
And sometimes, Pearl catches herself wondering if perhaps he no longer needs her. If she has become nothing more than an elegant ornament, something beautiful to be displayed and nothing more.
But at the end of the day, it is in her arms that Rosyn falls apart when he doesn’t want anyone to see his weakness.
She is the one he turns to.
Not the Diamonds.
Not Jasper.
Her.
And as pathetic as it may seem in her own eyes, Rosyn is all she has left. The only thing still keeping her standing.
The only reason she keeps moving forward.
─── ✦ ───
Note 1: Pearl has had many different designs. Changes to her appearance have always followed Rosyn’s design changes, which have been numerous over time.
Note 2: Rosyn enjoys designing clothes, so he creates both his own outfits and those of his favorite Gems. He also owns a highly successful clothing and accessories brand among Gem society.
Note 3: In Gem society, wearing clothes and accessories is a strong symbol of status. There will be a separate post dedicated to exploring this in more detail.
Note 4: I know Gems originally don’t have ears. But in my art style, that was starting to look really strange to me, so I thought, well, this is my AU, so they’re going to have ears. They already have eyes (for the most part), noses, and mouths, so why wouldn’t they have ears?
How come homeworld nor the diamonds ever thought about pink's pearl after pink died?
I made a post yesterday asking how pearl and rose explained why pink's pearl joined the rebellion and ended up with the answer that no one knew because pearl was never customized so they never had to specify
but that gives me another question, why did homeworld never look for pink's pearl? The blue zircon mentions her but we never had a plot point of the diamonds ever wondering what happened with pinks pearl after she was shattered, you'd think they'd reach out to her to deactivate her/give her a new owner no? and after realizing they can't find her anywhere they'd start searching for her as the number one suspect for pink's death
why is that never addressed? why did homeworld never look for pink's pearl just to deactivate her or give her to someone else? did the diamonds just forget about her?
Essendo lo show ambientato in universo alternativo. Voi che ne pensate?
