For anyone who's curious about the sharp drop in Jimmy's characterization this season, this interview with the showrunners lets us know that his downfall was planned Jimmy never stood a chance when 'Word of God' is against him
And no, this isn't about fumbling Kara. It's more so about his character's fall from grace in the larger fanspace.
