Local 396 western region
When I was a cover driver 2020-2023 I got sent to other centers and buildings constantly. Now I’m a rpcd and, the company is arguing, saying bottom rpcd have to be loaned out before cover drivers. Isn’t this a seniority violation? Or can they decide to redefine how to enforce the contract?
