Shot at around 3 seconds. Threw a little tilt using my tripod!
To start I throw a 16 pound house ball, I've been practicing 2 handed curves to get that sweet spot! I was really hitting a groove and it felt great getting more strikes than open frames.
I'm just around a 125 average with house balls, hitting a ceiling around 170 sometimes. Ive been working on rotation for about a whole summer and wanna try again this summer. How can I better my approach, spin and consistency? In this video I got 8 pins, left up 1 and 2. I usually over spin and hit 1 & 2 when i get strikes, but I know i should be getting 1 & 3, I start on the dots outside the middle one, and aim for the triangle 2nd from the middle.
