Wife made an observation that really stuck with me

Going through another period of the old Health anxiety where every little thing is something that will kill me.

Was asking wife for advice etc and she said something that really hit home and I dont know why

"It makes me sad that you feel like this, because you are genuinely afraid of being in your own body"

The last bit of that phrase really stuck with me.

Don't know why but i feel like she is right.

Different perspective for me

As the title says i have an anxiety that im always doing something wrong when driving/im going to receive a fine or points in the post.

Its crippling to the point I get nervous going on even drives 5 minutes away.

Its also always the feeling that drivers around me are judging me, getting annoyed at me or know im fucking up.

How can I get over these nerves?

Its exhausting having intense anxiety over most drives

Hello!

Driving today in the right lane going towards a roundabout about, cars both to the left and right of me.

Seen some of the cars ahead of me move into the left lane and didn't realise initially, I then checked my rear view mirror and seen a police car with its blue lights on but not sirens.

He wasnt immediately behind my car but close. As soon as I spotted him I moved into the left lane out the way.

Can I be fine etc if I took too long to move/notice him?

May sound like a stupid question but im just wanting to be sure
