Currently applying for halls for 2027 and I'm torn between these two halls.

I keep getting told Rochester and Rutherford has a better culture but I'm not sure what that entails. It seems to me that past culture the main difference is Rochester and Rutherford being about $1000 more expensive whilst having to share bathrooms. I know this can't be all of it though.

Can anyone help me understand better why people choose either one?
