Quitting Limitless Brand 7 oh

I hope I'm not doing anything wrong or breaking any rules by creating this topic here, but if so please just delete or move it.

I'm definitely not trying to promote the brand, I'm just curious if anyone here was also taking this brand, or had any experience with it? That's the brand I pretty much stuck with the entire time.

I'm just hoping there's someone who's been able to get off of it, or if there are any success stories from those who have. I'm currently tapering down, but the Restless legs, or Restless Body symptoms are brutal!

Negative side effects of 7 OH..

Right now I've got about enough pills left to get me through Friday, then I'll be out for good. I think it's finally starting to hit me after being on it every day for the past year, and I'm just going through some mixed emotions about it. So I figured I'd list out some of the bad side effects, just to reinforce the fact that it's a good thing that I'm having to quit.

  1. Money. No telling how much I've spent on it and I don't really even want to know.
  2. Lack of Libido. Like to the point that I have no desire to at all.
  3. Lack of exercise. I've always been a gym rat, and right now I can't tell you the last time I've exercised, which has also caused me to gain weight.
  4. Dry skin, especially scalp. Has anyone else experienced scalp issues while taking it? I mean severe scalp issues and dryness. My scalp feels like an old, dried out sponge at times.
  5. Back pain. I've literally caused a pinched nerve in my back, that's I'm almost positive is due to how much I just sit around watching tv.
  6. Music. I can't tell you the last time I listened to music, and I used to daily.

I basically don't hardly do anything now except sit on my recliner, watching Youtube videos.

Anyone please feel free to add more...

Edit...

I thought of another one..

  1. Constipation. It's the worst!! I'll spare some of the details but I can't tell you how many times in the past year that I've walked out of the bathroom with my head down, sweating, trembling and feeling like I'd just been violated. ha
