Fttp showed as available, completed order, now gone back to no plans

OR were round a couple of months ago to fit fttp kit to the telegraph pole next to our house. It finally changed from “no plans” to available to order on Monday this week so I put an order through with ee and booked an install date of 14 July. All going great I thought… got a text yesterday to say OR had my property down as a business so they couldn’t proceed with a residential contract. Bit annoying as it must be a hangover from previous owners using it as a holiday let, it’s been just a regular residential home for the past two years since we moved in.

However now I can’t seem to find a way to get them to change this - there are no phone numbers I can ring which let me do anything other than complain about an engineer. Does anyone know the process for changing it back to a residential property.

Also, when I check back on the postcode checker it’s no longer available to order 🤷‍♂️ what could be going on?

Will I ever get fttp?

We’re on fttc at the moment. A few weeks ago openreach were out and fitted fibre to the pole which serves our house and our two neighbours. My neighbour told me they were coming to hook him up to fttp last week (even delivered the new fibre kit to his house), but when they came said they weren’t doing it and just “upgraded” his existing connection. Not really sure what this means as he’s quite elderly and doesn’t know himself.

When I messaged OR they said that plans to connect us to fibre had now been cancelled.

Any ideas what’s going on here? Picture is of the new box they fitted to our pole.

I got a selection pack of Caputo flours and decided to give the Manitoba oro a go. I did a 24h poolish then. 72h cold ferment in bulk, followed by a few hours at room temp in balls.

I only had three balls of dough but the final pizza of the three was damn near perfect. Slightly crisp crust with nice soft interior, great flavour and really easy to handle.

I got very lucky and was given a gozney dome that a friend didn’t use. It’s a massive step up on my Ooni koda 16.
