SPIGEN SA -HP-P10 CUSHION COMPRESSION
Hi 👋 guys 🤠 . So I basically got the SPIGEN SA -HP-P10 on 5th August from Amazon.I AM ENCOUNTERING THIS PROBLEM FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS BUT DIDN'T TAKE IT VERY SERIOUSLY 😐 😳. Everything is wonderful. Just a complaint and a doubt. AS you all might be able to see in the photos that when I wear the headphones,the right earcup gets compressed But the left one stays intact and normal. ALSO THE CUSHIONS GAIN THEIR ORIGINAL SIZE AND SHAPE AFTER TAKING OFF BUT THIS THING(PROBLEM) OCCURS AGAIN AFTER WEARING THE HEADPHONES AGAIN. WHICH IG COMPROMISES COMFORT.Have you guys faced this problem in any of your headphones 🎧?
Is it normal or should I consider replacement??Does it cause any comfort or long term effects?? It's just been 9 days since I got mine and it doesn't seem normal . What's better for long term and comfort? The right cushion getting compressed or the left Cushion staying as it's supposed to be?? Also please suggest solutions and fixed other than replacement too as I'm just on a verge of getting my 10 day replacement window closed tomorrow (15th august). ALSO AS IT WAS A OPEN BOX DELIVERY 🚚,I AM NOT GETTING REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OPTIONS SO I'LL HAVE TO CALL AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE AND FIGHT FOR REPLACEMENT AND STUFF
