Haycash issues: Game tracking stopped, withdrawals frozen, and support isn't responding

I’m facing a major issue with Haycash and I'm wondering if anyone else is going through the same thing.
For about two days now, my account seems completely frozen. Game tracking has stopped working entirely—it’s not registering any progress for both my old and new games. To make things worse, I can’t withdraw my earnings either.
I know for a fact the issue isn't from my end because I haven't changed any settings or done anything differently.
Usually, when I contact their support, I instantly get an automated email confirming they received my ticket, followed by a response from a real agent. This time, I sent them a message two days ago and haven't received absolutely anything back—not even the automated confirmation.
Has anyone experienced this total freeze recently? Is there a known fix, or another way to get through to their support when their main system seems down?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
