Can someone explain Enh sham to me?

Idk if it's just not a spec I will ever understand, as I've tried to understand it past expansions. I have checked a few videos to find something relevant for current expansion but I can't seem to understand what the general flow of Enh shaman rotation is.

I'm an Ele main so I play Shammy and have been trying to find a melee spec I enjoy, but the rotation seems really spammy and confusing to me

What Race would you change to if they tweaked/made better?

I know Pandas aren't played a lot and I wish the stomach wasn't quite as awkward in gear, same with KT males. I also wish Worgen looked better for transmog because their stealth stance for Rogue looks so sick. My Mag'har Orc shammy looks weird in the Faceguard of Infused Earth because the bottom splays out instead of coming to a point like on other races and it sucks for tmog.

Do you have any other races that you'd play if transmog or other specific things would look better or they'd improve change?

How to you target enemies with bigger pulls in M+ and what bars do you use?

Hello all, essentially what the title says. I'm currently running Platynator because Blizz default bars don't give options to make it more clear what enemy I'm targeting in big pulls.

I don't use tab-targeting, but I haven't found a profile that works well for Platynator and was looking for suggestions, as I'm currently using a custom setup I made for it but feel like clicking on enemies can be difficult when there's a big group and was wondering what works for others, as well as what you guys use to swap targets if it's not clicking on bars. I have Tab keybound to abilities currently.

I have an HP Envy x360 and an Arturia minifuse 2 AI. I have a set of monitors and am looking for headphones to last me long term that will be flat and will help with mixing/mastering as I learn and grow on production.

I was looking at the Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro's and am trying to understand if my laptop and interface can handle the 250ohms but I'm not understanding what to look for/what to learn and know for equipment whether they will work with my interface/laptop or not. If anyone could give an answer and/or explain to me better than what Google is giving me I would appreciate it, thank you for your time :)
