Can you get in trouble for refusing to go help a customer while you're on your break?
Long story short, if you're in the break room and a DH comes in asking you to go help a customer on the floor, can you refuse until your break is over or can they get you for insubordination even though the SOP states that you are owed a 15 minute uninterrupted break?
If there are any managers here can you please clarify on this?
