Can someone please help me diagnose this? The wheel moves in every direction. All of my ABS is off as well. I'm having seized caliper problems on my front right wheel(Which I just replaced today so not a problem anymore), and I originally thought that was why my ABS was freaking out, but now that I had it jacked up and saw this, I'm confident its from this wheel. If anyone is able to tell me what I need to fix and why it's making my ABS freak out, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Edit: Keep in mind that I am only 18 and STILL LEARNING. Jeep has had a bunch of previous owners that did little to no maintenance.
