May daughters been battling pimples & acne since she started menstruating at 10. I’ve noticed some acne scaring happening. She gets the deep acne, blackheads & white heads with really sensitive skin to touch. We’ve tried tret & retinoids. She’s been on antibiotics every few months (following a few surgery’s) which didn’t make much of a difference (though may not necessarily be skin related).

What questions should I be asking the dermatologist?

Edit: we got seen today by the derm. She will be starting topical antibiotics and winlevi. She agreed no birth control at this age, as many commented it will come back if BC is stopped. Thank you to everyone for your suggestions, I went in feeling well educated thanks to your contribution
