#103: My Dream Kit For Jubilee (Duelist)!💯🤩

INTRODUCTION:
Hi, everyone! Today’s a Duelist day and it’s 4th of July, so what better time to share our childhood friend Jubilation Lee’s concept kit with all of you? Now, I’m gonna just put it out there before this just eats downvotes, with her dropping with The Hood in Season 9, I’m not all that certain of her being a Duelist anymore, this is just what I was putting together a while back and then some team-ups inspired by myself and others in the Jubilee Subreddits. I think that she could easily be a Strategist when Season 9 drops. But for now, I’d like to share this with you so that it doesn’t go to waste. For Jubilee, I did expect her to have some support capabilities, but also a wider mix of flashy abilities and mobility. She’d be ranged, but there are momentary melee options. I imagine she’d have some fun combos and will make for some good surprises in this kit, and that’s what I’d want out of her. Now, let’s cook!💯

PRIMARY:
Jubilee will make use of her firework abilities, hurling blasts at enemies, dealing great damage to specific targets while slightly damaging nearby enemies. Upon killing an enemy, Jubilee will cause a massive explosion, dealing more damage to any of the enemy’s nearby teammates or temporarily boosting the speed of nearby allies!

MELEE:
Jubilee will box/brawl with enemies up close, dealing very light, but swift damage, but more damage during the use of ABILITY IV!

ABILITY I:
Jubilee will generate a small set of slightly more fireworks around her, capable of damaging nearby enemies , which will eventually be fired at the enemy through the use of her primary attack, dealing slightly more damage. This ability will have a cooldown of 4 seconds upon full usage!

ABILITY II-A:
Jubilee will be able to place a firework empowered aura around selected allies, adding her attacks to theirs for just 3 seconds. At the same time, Jubilee will be able to blast in the direction of her allies for assistance defeating an enemy, with her blasts redirecting to a nearby enemy with a 20% chance of a critical hit. This ability will have a cooldown of 9 seconds upon full usage, shared with ABILITY II-B!

ABILITY II-B:
Jubilee will be able to place a firework empowered aura around selected enemies, blocking 10% of their attacks and healing for just 3 seconds. At the same time, Jubilee will be able to blast in the direction of her enemies, increasing the size of their firework predicaments and dealing more damage upon the explosive impact. This ability will have a cooldown of 9 seconds upon full usage, shared with ABILITY II-A!

ABILITY III:
Jubilee will be able to take to the skies by blasting the ground above her, sending her flying above the battlefield and healing herself, allowing her to attack enemies from above for just a moment, to make quick escapes or to find higher ground. This ability will be allowed 2 instances, each with a cooldown of 20 seconds upon usage!

ABILITY IV:
Jubilee will be able to activate the roller skates in her boots, allowing her quicker mobility as long as she keeps moving, even when stunned (don’t be stunned near a cliff). During the activity of this ability, Jubilee will be able to jump and damage enemies by using her melee to kick away from them, allowing her 15 overshield and a 1 second boost. Upon the deactivation of this ability, Jubilee will simply walk or run again. This ability will be active at all times!

PASSIVE ABILITY I:
Jubilee will be able to heal herself through the sparkles generated by her primary fire, allowing her the potential to remain in the battle for quite some time. This passive ability will be active at all times!

PASSIVE ABILITY II:
Jubilee will be able to kick against walls whenever she jumps, flipping over enemies with the potential to attack while doing so. This passive ability will be active at all times!

ULTIMATE ABILITY:
Jubilee will generate a large circle of auto-aiming fireworks that lightly damage and blind enemies before setting off a subatomic explosion, dealing much greater damage to nearby enemies. Upon the end of this ultimate ability, Jubilee will check herself to make sure she still has hair and clothes, granting her 2 full seconds of invulnerability because shooting a naked woman is rude, dude!

TEAM-UP ABILITIES:

  1. (BEAST)- With Beast on the team, Jubilee will have access to anti-metal virus bombs, capable of effecting close range enemies while allowing Jubilee the opportunity to make a quick escape. This team-up ability will be allowed 2 instances, each with a cooldown of 15 seconds upon usage!
  2. BLADE- With Blade on the team, Jubilee will be able to access her vampire form, making her melee and powers much stronger and her roller skating much faster. This team-up ability will be active at all times!
  3. CAPTAIN AMERICA AND HAWKEYE- With Jubilee on the team, Captain America and Hawkeye can have access to some nice 4th of July style attacks! Captain America can cover his shield in Jubilee’s fireworks for 8 seconds, allowing him to deal extra damage, with each throw spreading to nearby enemies with explosive impact and Hawkeye will be able to deal more damage with all of his arrows by turning them into fireworks for 12 seconds. Captain America’s team-up ability will have a cooldown of 20 seconds upon full usage, whereas Hawkeye’s team-up ability will have a cooldown of 35 seconds upon full usage!
  4. (DAZZLER)- With Dazzler on the team, Jubilee will be able to temporarily heal allies and deal greater damage to enemies with an assistance from Dazzler’s light powers for just 10 seconds. This team-up ability will have a cooldown of 25 seconds upon full usage!
  5. (DOORMAN)- With Doorman and Jubilee on the team, each kill they gain will generate a door through the Dark Force Dimension, allowing for darkness empowered fireworks to shoot through and attack nearby enemies. This team-up ability will be active at all times!
  6. GAMBIT (AND NIGHTCRAWLER)- With Gambit, Jubilee and Nightcrawler on the team, all three will have access to aspects of each other’s abilities! Gambit will be able to turn his cards into fireworks, dealing greater damage and healing for 6 seconds. Jubilee will have access to kinetic energy empowerment that’ll make all of her attacks more powerful and explosive for 6 seconds. When near death, Gambit and Jubilee will automatically teleport to Nightcrawler if he’s nearby, saving them from death and healing them up. Nightcrawler will also be able to cause widespread kinetic and lumikinetic explosions with each kill that he obtains, healing him and nearby allies while damaging enemies. Gambit’s team-up ability will have a cooldown of 25 seconds upon full usage, Jubilee’s team-up ability will have a cooldown of 30 seconds upon full usage, Gambit and Jubilee’s team-up ability will each have a cooldown of 60 seconds upon full usage, and finally, Nightcrawler’s team-up ability will be active at all times!
  7. HULK- With Hulk and Jubilee on the team, Hulk will be able to generate gamma firework shields around his allies and gamma firework traps around his enemies, keeping allies shield while damaging enemies. In return, Jubilee will have access to gamma damage, capable of dealing extra damage with a 2% chance of stunning an enemy for 2 seconds. Hulk’s team-up ability will have a cooldown of 20 seconds upon full usage and Jubilee’s team-up ability will have a cooldown of 25 seconds upon full usage!
  8. (MAGMA)- With Magma on the team, Jubilee will be able generate a damage trail of lava for 3 seconds, slowing enemies and damaging them if they step into Jubilee’s path. This team-up ability will have a cooldown of 30 seconds upon full usage!
  9. MAGNETO- With Jubilee on the team, Magneto will be allowed access to explosive metal firework attacks, capable of dealing rapid and explosive damage to enemies for up to 8 seconds. This team-up ability will have a cooldown of 40 seconds upon full usage!
  10. (MARROW)- With Jubilee on the team, Marrow will be able to hurl explosive bones at enemies, dealing greater, explosive damage and causing defeated enemies to explode to damage their nearby teammates. This team-up ability will be active at all times!
  11. ROCKET RACCOON- With Jubilee and Rocket Raccoon on the team, both will have access to some rocket power! Jubilee will be able to fly through the air for 10 seconds with a new pair of rocket roller skates. Rocket Raccoon will be able to shoot a new lumikinetic grenade launcher that heals and damages enemies simultaneously! Jubilee’s team-up ability will have a cooldown of 15 seconds upon full usage. Rocket Raccoon’s team-up ability will have a cooldown of 10 seconds upon reloading!
  12. STORM- With Jubilee on the team, Storm will be able to blast enemies with a lumikinetic hurl of wind, causing them to bounce and to have their controls scrambled for 2 seconds. This team-up ability will be allowed 2 instances, each with a cooldown of 30 seconds upon usage!
  13. WOLVERINE- With Jubilee on the team, Wolverine will become an explosive adamantium lumikinetic bomb with claws to match it, allowing him to deal more damage and to explode upon the depletion of his health bar, granting him 5 seconds of extra life, making him even more dangerous to nearby enemies. This team-up ability will be active at all times!

SENDOFF:
And that is my concept kit and… Very intense team-up abilities that’ll undoubtedly never make it into the game, for Jubilee, ladies and gentlemen! I don’t usually make kits for people who are coming to the game next week, but I had to for this occasion and I’m happy that I did. I think that with a kit like this, people will have a ton of trouble keeping up and will absolutely bitch about her skating and surrounding allies in extra damage. Instaban? I don’t know about that, I think she’s just annoying to enemies, not necessarily a lobby lobster or anything. But if we let Team-ups be real for a second? Yes, THESE ARE TOXIC…😭💀 Again, I don’t expect this to be anything like the real thing, it’s my hard work and ideas, so part of me hopes so, but I doubt it. We could be getting vampire Jubilee, and honestly, I think that’d be interesting. But anyways, I hope you like my kit, I hope you have yourselves a wonderful 4th of July, and I hope you enjoy the fireworks!💯🇺🇸🧨🙏😌

Notes:

  1. I’m not a huge Wildebeest fan, I’m forced to play him when my main tanks (Starfire and Wonder Woman) get banned. He’s great in the game, though!💯😤😈

  2. I actually, genuinely struggled to get V (which is irritating, because so many of us just ignore the man) and Red X. Too many people on here auto-lock DPS and refuse to switch, which brings me to switching to Batman or the old reliable Black Lightning and Green Arrow.💯😮‍💨

  3. I’m surprised I got Vixen, she’s banned in almost every competitive game that I play.💔💯😪😂

  4. I had the easiest time getting Red Hood.💯😈

#32: My Dream Kit For Mysterio (Strategist)!💯🤩

INTRODUCTION:

Hello, everyone! Another one! And this time, we’re making another one of my unbalanced, health bar stuffing, every-fucking-day-is-Thanksgiving Strategist kits in the form of Quintin Beck, MYSTERIO! I’ve seen so many kits for him and even borrowed an ultimate ability that I’d seen (with edits, I don’t ever want to intentionally steal ideas), and I really want him in the game. So much potential for abilities, team-ups, gameplay, how can you not? Anyway, this is gonna rely heavily on his robots, illusion, teammates and interactions, placement… I imagine that this Mysterio would be very straightforward, but punishing to everyone that isn’t Mysterio. Robots will be infiltrating separated fractions of enemy teams, people will be blinded and hallucinate… We’re gonna really cook up some chaos with this. Speaking of cooking, let’s cook!💯

PRIMARY:

Mysterio will command a small group of miniature hovering robots to blast at enemies, with a stronger, faster blast occurring after every 3 shots. These robots will also be providing shields for Mysterio as apart of his health. This primary attack can be used simultaneously with the secondary attack and melee!

SECONDARY:

Mysterio will heal allies with two powerful energy remotes in his hand, granting health and speed to allies while shocking enemies and forcing them to hear voices of other characters in their heads. This secondary attack can be used simultaneously with the primary attack and melee!

MELEE:

Mysterio will keep two smaller robots on standby for melee attacks, defending him from enemies within range of him while he attacks and heals targets from further away. This melee attack can be used simultaneously with both primary and secondary attacks!

ABILITY I:

Mysterio will throw gas canisters that cause both allies and enemies to hear voices in their heads, healing nearby allies while granting them a vicious damage boost, and damaging enemies while causing them to potentially see allies as enemies if caught in the mist for too long (without being able to attack for just 1 second). This ability will have a cooldown of 15 seconds upon full usage!

ABILITY II:

Mysterio can temporarily fly through the skies for up to 5 seconds, capable of attacking and healing from the high ground. This ability will have a cooldown of 8 seconds upon full usage!

ABILITY III:

Mysterio can plant robotic clones of himself and selective allies/enemies, capable of fooling enemies into thinking that allies of Mysterio are approaching them, or that their own teammates are not to be trusted, as robotic clones based off enemies can convincingly blend in or even attack enemies for Mysterio. This ability will allow Mysterio to plant up to 3 robots at once, each instance having a cooldown of 25 seconds upon depletion of their 150HP!

PASSIVE ABILITY I:

Mysterio is constantly regenerating health for himself and nearby allies, as mist emanates from his body and heals whoever is near him. If an ally is at full health and the team is idle, the voices they hear in their head will become tired of them, egging them on to go do something useful. This passive ability has no cooldowns and is active at all times!

PASSIVE ABILITY II:

Upon death, Mysterio will reappear in area of his choosing, turning completely invisible while providing a fake body for enemies to take note of. Mysterio can then quickly reappear by healing allies or attacking enemies. This ability will have a cooldown of 70 seconds!

ULTIMATE ABILITY:

Mysterio will call for the bowl of his head to land wherever he pleases, trapping enemies inside of it and allowing for robots on the inside of it to scramble them around in order to confuse their surroundings. As mist surrounds the inside and outside of the bowl, trapped enemies will become more vulnerable to damage, seeing their fellow trapped teammates and other robots as Mysterio and will be forced to attack each other as if they were enemies until the bowl is destroyed. Mysterio will only shout his ultimate line upon the end of the ultimate ability. The bowl will have 400HP and can be used as cover and defense from other abilities!

TEAM-UP ABILITIES:

  1. (DOCTOR OCTOPUS AND ELECTRO)- With Doctor Octopus, Electro and Mysterio on the team, Doc-Ock gains both electric and/or mist damage/healing auras added to his Octobots, making them all more dangerous. In return, Electro can electrically travel through the Octobots and Mysterio gains his own tentacles to activate whenever he pleases, dealing damage to nearby enemies and shield nearby allies from enemy attacks. Doc-Ock and Electro’s team-up abilities will maintain the same cooldowns as their base forms while Mysterio’s team-up ability will have a cooldown of 40 seconds upon full usage!

  2. IRON MAN- With Mysterio on the team, Iron Man is allowed to provide the enemy team with the false illusion that his Iron Legion has joined the battle. In the form of 3 alternate Iron Man armors, Mysterio’s robots will attack enemies alongside Iron Man, acting independently and serving as distractions for enemies. Each robot will have 100HP and will deal minor damage. This team-up ability will have a cooldown of 40 seconds!

  3. (SCORPION)- With Mysterio on the team, Scorpion gains the ability to cause an enemy to hallucinate and lose track of their surroundings for up to 3 seconds, reducing their damage and health gain while making them more vulnerable to enemy attacks. This team-up ability will have a cooldown of 40 seconds upon usage!

SENDOFF:

Iron Legion will save us… And that’s Mysterio, ladies and gentlemen! I just know those robots would be irritating people and erasing trust from the battlefield. A whole bunch of smoke and mirrors and psychological torture is just the thing that these servers need if you’re on the right side of it, which we can’t all be at the same time. Mysterio would have to be a top 5 Strategist after this… Well, I think he’d be a top pick even without this kit, but let’s be real… Healing and defending isn’t entirely the game here. Making people suffer is! The heals are just the friends you make along the way and the journey is TRYING to make people walk off maps and rage at their teammates.
