Literally, I saw that the New Blade Halloween Skin wasn't Legendary, and it really bummed me out, but hey, I think maybe you'll get a Summer Legendary or something sooner, but still, y'all got a sick Skin.
Its incredible how easily this game reminded me of the feelings of rage I had back when I was a gacha addict as an f2p. Never thought they'd come back to me this way.
Anyways, with only 5 days left, I'll sadly have to succumb to my luck and leave the final balloon unclaimed. I'll also not use any of the other cosmetics I got cuz there would be no point.
Genuinely get SO much value out of her bubbles because people walk right into them
I was a Jubilee main in Season 9.5 and ended that season in Celestial 3 one tricking her. I didn’t play competitive at all in season 10 but after reading the patch notes and hearing content creators online calling her BIS this season, is now the best time to pick her back up? My projected rank is GM3 and I haven’t done my placements matches yet so I’m wondering how she’s feeling so far for y’all? (console)

Jubilee is the single most popular release in marvel rivals forever, people genuinely love this character to the point she's consistently the most played hero in *lower ranks*. She's definitely way better than people give her credit for but still has many underlying flaws that is inadvertently pushing her towards a healbot/primary playstyle. Her strength lies in being a resource merchant around her balls.
Some hard truths we need to accept about our main girl jubilee-
The hood teamup eats too much of her power budget to the point any nerfs or buffs can kill or perma ban her.
She is incredible annoying as a character to play with or against purely because of her visual clutter which isn't necessarily a bad thing since visual clutter is literally her lore accurate power still people hate her because of that.
No cc makes her vulnerable to dive.
A low skill floor and lack of skill ceiling will keep her in a cycle of being either bad or decent without letting her ever being meta.
My perfect alternative balance adjustment tackles most of her issues while ensuring her skill ceiling is higher without lowering her skill floor. Mind you the current patch would be reverted.
Decrease the healing and damage of her primary base, while greatly increasing her fire rate and giving her a massive fall-off/spread.
Reducing her vampiric sprint cooldowns from 3-4 seconds to 1 seconds and lowering the animation time.
REMOVING SELF HEAL FROM HOOD TEAMUP.
letting enhanced blade teamup be permanent, moving her self heal from the hood teamup to her blade teamup.
While in ult she doesn't have any healing changes, still a low healing ult but she has more resources for her sprint and there is no cooldown, letting you animation the boop with the sprint.
This allows the hood teamup to be the optimal one for ranged comps while letting blade shine in brawl/dive comps. Faster fire rate pushes her more towards a brawl style character making her better the closer you are while letting poke be a natural counter to her.
The faith of other strategist such as cnd, luna, invis has been right here same as jubilee before they got some really bad balance decisions to point of getting hated/gutted.
Both in game and outside the game whenever I see discussion surrounding her its about how she sucks or isnt good enough, meanwhile in game im constantly top heals/ finals and doung everything to keep my team in my bubbles.
Idk i just really enjoy the character but it sucks getting told to swap or hearing shes trash because players dont think she can provide enough value when my experience is the opposite

Hello, basically title but I’m trying to learn every support and I’m not very good with Jubilee. Is she someone I can play against even dive dps and if so, how do I use my cooldowns and survive dive?
This is the first time I've seen such a bug.
Im not pointing fingers, but we went to chat and asked for switch ups or asked someone to play their best character. Just didn’t work out that way.
