Machine won't read new files
I'm using Hatch 3 to make designs for an Elna Expressive 970. My flash drive is formatted correctly and has the right file structure and I've run dozens of JEF file designs on it with no problem, but the new design I'm trying to run won't show up on the machine. I made sure the file name doesn't have anything but letters in it. This is the first time I've tried running anything on the largest hoop, up until now I've only used the medium sized hoop. I've got the correct one selected in Hatch and the design fits well within the red box. I also changed the green hatched work area to be large enough for the design to fit inside but smaller than the hoop box. I also centered the design in the frame and rearranged my objects so that it starts on one near the center. Can anybody tell me what's going wrong? I can only find endless advice for if none of your files show up, nothing about only one of them.
