Can't get payment processed to purchase tickets / need help.
I posted last night that I was having some difficulty booking tickets with AC and it was deleted as it was seen as a complaint even though it was meant to seek help. I'm an Aeroplan member and trying to book a trip using a companion pass earned through my Aeroplan AMEX. I tried last night using different browsers and credit cards with no luck, tried again this morning on my office computer, again using different browsers and no luck. Cleared my cache of cookies and keep getting this error message:
"We're sorry, we weren't able to process your payment. Please try again. If the issue persists, please try another form of payment. (BKRW-EIP-620)"
I'm using my Aeroplan AMEX and there is a $0 balance on the card. Any suggestions on what I can do differently would be appreciated. Trying to treat my daughter to a trip.
