What do we feel during end-stage TRE?

I’m wondering what someone who has experienced end-stage TRE actually feels. Are they still dominated by negative emotions, meaning that they still feel their mind being crushed by them? Do negative emotions still determine and control their actions and thoughts without them realizing it? Or do negative emotions no longer control anything?

And are there still negative emotions at all, or are they only present residually? Do they feel a permanent sense of happiness, or simply a permanent absence of negativity?

I have many other questions like this, and I would really appreciate it if people who have reached end-stage TRE could describe their inner experience in detail. I would like to understand where this practice ultimately leads.

Thank you very much.

Can I do TRE and weight training?

I do weight training 5 times a week with a hypertrophy goal, so I regularly increase the weight and do reps until my muscles are too exhausted to continue the exercise.

TRE is so beneficial that I would like to do it every day of the week, including on the days when I lift weights. Is that bad for the body? Could it fatigue the nervous system too much?

Does TRE cause hair loss?

On the one hand, I find TRE very effective and useful for reducing negative emotions. But on the other hand, I really care about my hair and I definitely do not want to lose it. However, I have seen some reports from people saying that TRE caused them to lose hair. I have also seen similar reports from people using other somatic techniques. SOMETHING TO BE AWARE OF: Somatic experiencing, as much as it was VERY WORTH IT, caused severe hair loss : r/SomaticExperiencing Hair loss since TRE : r/longtermTRE

So I am wondering whether TRE can cause hair loss. I wish there were scientific studies on this topic, but unfortunately there do not seem to be any. I also find it hard to rely on the experience of only a few people. So, if possible, I would like to get as much feedback as possible: simply say whether or not you noticed hair loss after doing TRE, even if you do not know whether TRE was actually the cause.

I am also wondering about the following questions: maybe TRE does not cause hair loss at all? Or maybe emotionally intense practice can cause hair loss, whereas a calmer, less emotionally intense practice does not? And if TRE does cause hair loss, is it actual baldness where the hair is gone permanently unless you take medication, or is it temporary hair shedding that reverses if you stop the practice?

Thanks in advance.

Can TRE lead to Buddhist nirvana?

From what I have read, practicing TRE for years, until the nervous system has become completely calm -- to the point where there are almost no tremors left -- can lead to a state of deep calm, deep detachment, serenity, and mental stability.

In early Buddhism, nibbāna -- nirvāṇa in Sanskrit -- is the cessation of psychological suffering. That is, the cessation of hatred, greed, anger, visceral attachment, and so on. Someone who has attained nibbāna no longer experiences any psychological pain, although they can still experience physical pain.

So I am wondering whether TRE can lead to this state when it is practiced all the way through.

thanks in advance

directed TRE ?

A few years ago, I tried TRE, but it did not have any effect.

I have just tried it again, and this time I can feel some effects. The difference is that, this time, I had become aware that I had a lot of accumulated tension in the heart/chest area. This awareness meant that when I practiced TRE, I started shaking in the heart/chest area, and as a result I felt that I was releasing negative emotions. I even felt pleasure.

Is this way of doing it acceptable? Some people say that you should let the tremors happen on their own. In my case, even though I was letting them happen on their own -- I was not controlling every movement of my body -- I had still decided that they would happen in the heart/chest area.

I also noticed that, when I bring back specific negative emotions into my memory -- for example, the feeling of being humiliated by a specific person -- the TRE automatically redirects itself to neutralize that emotion by making the corresponding part of the body tremble. This allows me to release the emotion directly, instead of waiting for my body to process it by itself one day. I am wondering whether this is acceptable.

Thank you in advance.
