Another random question…

What are some ways/things I can do to help my chances of getting into a fraternity during the rush? Forgive me if i’m not using the right words, I’m still trying to learn more about that sort of world.

I’m a junior that is very strongly looking at UIowa, and I really really like it. I have a few questions about college, however, that I don’t know where else to ask so I figure this is the subreddit I should ask.

1. How easy is it to find parties? I’m someone who is pretty social but

I don’t want to be twiddling my thumbs if/when I get there because I didn’t have an idea beforehand
2. Where is the best place to find people to talk to?
