Intercourse at 5 weeks?

I’m kind of freaking out. My husband and I had intercourse this morning and now I’m worried we’ve ruined everything. My clinic did not give us any instructions about intercourse aside from none until 7 days after transfer. I’m not currently having alarming symptoms and just normal intermittent light cramping (same as before). But after looking it up I see that some don’t recommend any intercourse up to 8 weeks. Anyone with a similar experience? Am I just spiraling here?

I’m SO moody

The last week or so I’ve been SO moody. From calm and optimistic to irritable and angry so quickly. I just feel like I can’t get a hold of my emotions. I’m only 4 weeks + 6 days and I’m worried I’m gonna be a terror my entire pregnancy. Does it get any better? Any advice on how to manage my emotions during such a hormonal time?

So anxious

I just found out I’m pregnant (4 weeks + 4 days) after 3 years, a loss, and 2 rounds of IVF. I’m so excited but so anxious about the potential of another loss. It’s just been such an emotional and arduous process. My beta looks great so far (380 at 4 weeks + 2 days). I have another beta test in 2 days. How do you remain optimistic but realistic during this time?

Update: My second beta this morning was a 2060! Trying to stay as optimistic as possible!
