Error while paying: "Security Check: Network Mismatch detected"

My client (located in Germany), tried to send payment through the link I shared and got this error.

He tried being on the same network while making the payment, I also tried sending him payment request instead of a payment link but each time he got the same error. This has happened for the first time as well..before that, everything worked smoothly.

Any idea why this happened and how to solve this issue?
