I’m confused about The Weakest Link in Flesh and Blood. Does “cards without a base defense value” only mean cards that don’t have a defense value printed on them, or does it also include cards with a printed defense value of 0?
I’ve only just started playing Flesh and Blood, and I haven’t been at it for long, but I tried jumping into CC with Jarl. I’ve only played 4 games and I haven’t been able to win at all. I lost twice each to Arakni, Marionette and Cindra, and most of those games ended with me at 8–0 life.
Against Arakni, they kept using a 0-cost 6-damage card called Tarantula Toxin multiple times, and against Cindra I was taking 1 damage every turn from repeated effects. Even after I broke their Tunic early, I still lost, so I kind of feel mentally crushed with Jarl.
At this point I ended up just clicking the buy button for the Ira Armory Deck online. 🥺

I really want a Marvel version of the original artwork for Ira, Scarlet Revenger—could you make one for me? But since a special illustrated Marvel version has already been released, do you think the original version will no longer be printed anymore?
It feels like a pretty essential card. Whether it gets reprinted or not seems like it would affect both sales and player satisfaction. Could it be that it’s likely to be banned, so they decided not to include it in reprints from the start?
