Hi! I’m 18 and my hair has thinned out a lot and snapped off in places due to stress, I really want to start minoxidil as everything else I’ve tried hasn’t really worked. I have two cats and a dog though so I definitely don’t want to use the topical one but I was wondering if it would be okay if I took the oral minoxidil? Or would it be unsafe either way?
Hi! Does anyone have any recommendations for daily multivitamins/supplements that are safe for ARFID and sensory issues.
My dietician has been urging me to get on them but I can’t handle any of the brands I’ve tried. I can’t take pills and most gummies I’ve tried have a weird taste to them.
I get my bloods taken every 3 months due to the medication I’m on (Quetiapine) and I’m deficient in pretty much everything.
A few months ago my mum tried to order me some ones that she said were ARFID certified but she couldn’t get shipping to the uk without paying a £50 customs charge? (Not sure how true that is but that’s what she told me)
My physical health is AWFUL right now and I know I really need to get on some multivitamins but I can’t find any that works for me and I feel like I’m wasting a load of money on things I can’t even take :(
If anyone has any recommendations for what’s worked for them I’d really appreciate it!! :)
