Another “how much is too much” rust

Saw an 08 470 on Craigslist, timing belt done less than 30k since timing belt, airbags rebuilt by last po. I’m super sensitive to rust, maybe too much so, so I passed on this, but - worth considering for the right price? Seller dropped to 8k and seemed open to more.

Worst areas are under the rad support TT and the changed shaped/notching of the pan hard connector.
