I have lost items from my Vault, not sure how or why that happened...

As an example, Instagram. There is nothing in my vault anymore for Instagram.

I am logged in to Instagram, but I can't delete the login and start over because I don't know my password - ironic isn't it?

I have had a lot of issues with BW for a while, but losing entries, no, not confident in BW anymore.

Any ideas?

New UI changes?

If so, they either lost a lot of content or they aren't finished shaking it down...Not very impressive from what I saw, IMHO.

Also, haven't been able to load Old Reddit. Is that going away?

I am running a test Firefox profile to sort out recent issues - I am doing this for the Mozilla support team here on Reddit.

I downloaded a new instance of FF, current version 152.02, Bitwarden was already added as an extension, I suspect by default - I did not add it.

Tried to log in, wouldn't accept my credentials.

What do I need to do to be able to use BW on this new instance?

Using Firefox, latest version - most media won't load anymore, especially GIFs.

I know a lot of Firefox users are having issues with Reddit, as am I, but this is a new problem for me since the last update.

There were problems with Bitwarden, I know, thought those were solved, I think Bitdefender was problematic, as well.

Any ideas what is going on?

Firefox user since Phoenix, usually bulletproof, recent versions seem to be problematic.

For about two to three months now, every time I respond to an email or write a new one to an organization or company (not an individual), I end up with two copies of the email, one in sent, the other in my inbox.

Is this the default now?

Can I turn it off somewhere, or is this a bug?

The SleepMax Podium has intrigued me, but I have questions for them and it has been very difficult to engage them at all.

Calls go right to voice mail, their chat box always seems to be offline, email gets me nowhere.

I'm curious about two things:

1. If you own one, how has the construction held up?

If you needed replacement under warranty, how was their process?

2. Is it always that difficult to talk with somebody there?

Item number two is the one that is most worrisome, if you can't talk with them about buying, service after the sale is likely horrible.
