Building a inventory management .net web app that uses Leaflet.

I want to give users a search bar that allows them to query multiple inventories on keywords for a given lat/long coordinates.

Problem is there will be ~100,000 line items between the inventories.

What are some methods and practices to do this while avoiding crazy load times?
